So, I thought I’d give a fair and balanced review since the reviews so far are rather extreme. I find the prices here average. You can certainly get a good deal too. They have a great wine selection, yet it’s rather random which can be fun. The staff I’ve interacted with seem to have little understanding of wine, so it’s not a place I’d go to for a wine recommendation. One employee hadn’t even heard of grappa. Also, the piece about lines is correct. This place is understaffed during busy times like Sunday before the Broncos game? That’s just poor planning. Twice I’ve been in there when there was one employee checking out and another just sitting around when there was a long line. I understand taking a break, but it’s unprofessional to stand around while there is a long line of customers. Overall, this place has a great selection, but it’s trying to be a Dave Co or Total Beverage without the professional staff.
