Westminster Speed & Sound

I stumbled across Westminster Speed and Sound when looking for a serious sound upgrade for my Ford Raptor and I found their blog post of work on a previous vehicle that was a great fit. I contacted the store via email after office hours and received a very prompt reply and scheduled initial project discussion. Mark took the time to personally get to know my vehicle and my requirements before customizing a package tailored to fit my objectives.
Mark is extremely knowledgeable and loves his craft — the discussion was a lot of fun and at no point ‘sales-​y’. Based off that and a couple of smaller subsequent discussions I scheduled the project with Westminster Speed and Sound. I felt comfortable with my decision even though there are plenty of shops around my area (DC) and that this would mean quite the hike (100 mile round trip x2) in order to drop off and pick up. The shops around here just don’t give you anything close to the quality of service and attention to detail that I wanted.
I picked up the vehicle after 2 days of work on-​time, on-​budget, and with personal attention from Mark all the way through the process. I am delighted with the quality of the system that the team have put in, and was walked through it from top to bottom before driving off the site. The good thing about the long drive home through traffic was that I got adequate time to put the system through its’ paces.
And blimey does it rip.
I don’t usually write reviews, but when I do I reserve them for when they are most deserved and I feel like Westminster Speed and Sound delivered on all aspects. The only problem is that I’ve now seen some of the other custom work they do on trucks and I need to start saving my pennies again…

I have to say this up front. Westminster Speed & Sound is the absolute best Car Audio Integrator in Carroll County! Their location is flawless, well focused and very customer oriented. I really can’t say enough about Mark and his crew at WSS. Please check them out yourself!
