Pizza Hut

Good pizza in general, but an hour wait for delivery? Not worth it. And $ 17 for a medium pizza! I don’t know if it was just my experience or it’s always like this. But other than that, the workers and delivery man was very nice.

Don’t do it. Horrible customer service. Manager just told me verbatim ‘stop wasting my fucking time’ by trying to order a pizza. She has got to go. I will never order a pizza from Pizza Hut again.
Who are these people???

everything good got the deal of wings, breadsticks and 2 large pizza for 24.00 so got it buttt the breadsticks you guys have to cook them less you mostly burnt mine then covered up the mistake by adding salt an seasoning so yea thats it

Horrible!!! I used them for 2 years and ordered a take out pizza last night and showed up 5min after ready time to give extra time. When I got there, there were about 6 – 8 people in the lobby waiting. The cashier gal charged my card and then announced to us all after JUST swiping my card that the oven is broken. She went back to ask manager Sal how long it might be. Another customer wanted to know otherwise she wanted a refund. He yelled from the back that it will be 10min. After 10min, they send a gal who just came into work to tell us all it is broken and we will get refunds.
If you knew it was broken, why did you charge my card??? We had about 10 people all standing around for 15−30min. Horrible management, and to see 8 people staring at the oven hoping it would work was not doing the job.
Dominoes down the street got my money for the night and from this point forward. You would think if their business relied on this one huge oven, they would be prepared for a failure and also have better customer service.

Pizza was burned, missing items (Onions and sausage). The cookie I bought was hard and black at the bottom. Not worth the $ 25. Delivery guy wasn’t very friendly and forgot to give me my change, just walked away once I gave him the money.

Horrible service from the assistant manager, Sal! Answered his personal cell phone at the beginning of our order and he was very unpleasant to speak to. He didn’t completely fulfill my order with extra marinara sauce and ranch which I was already charged for, and he gave me an attitude looking at my receipt again when in asked for the sauce. I asked for plates and he said they didn’t carry it. After the negative experience with him, I get the feeling he just didn’t want to give us plates.

Whenever I order pizza, I order it from this Pizza Hut. They are always very attentive and polite on the phone, they’ve never taken too long, and my order is always perfect. thats a 5 star for sure.

So far, so good.
We’ve been ordering online, as that’s the most convenient for us. Haven’t tried to do phone orders or walk up to the counter to put in an order. When I do go to the Hut and have to wait for our web order, I do notice a number of people that would call in their orders.
The parking for this Pizza Hut is a bit small, and all of the drivers have to battle for the same parking spots as the customers. So, it’s a little inconvenient when I have to fight for a parking spot with a Pizza Hut employee when my purchase is paying their wages. But, their retaliation would probably be something along the lines of «well, you can park farther because your fat ass will be chomping on our 4-​digit calorie-​range pizza». Sigh.
Coupons always available online, and we get a number mailed to us every other week or so. Pretty convenient.
Food-​wise, the food is pretty consistent with most Pizza Huts. Doesn’t taste too bad, and the dough doesn’t have a weird taste as if some other food item may have contaminated it (e.g., bananas). We’ve had the bread sticks and wings as sides, and those are pretty good. But, like all Pizza Huts, the leftovers don’t taste that great. Reheating helps, but it’s still not the best fast food leftovers in the world.
Service is okay. Haven’t had any bad servers. I’ve had a few times when the front worker (only one) was so busy with phone orders that she didn’t have the chance to help me out for awhile. Luckily, there was someone in the back that would help assist with the expo, and was able to get my order. It was just weird because there were at least 15 workers in the back, but only one in the front…
Only thing I never understood is that they stack the pizza sauces and small items on top of the boxes. There’s no room inside the boxes for the marinara sauce, so I always have to find a reusable bag to put the small items in so that marinara doesn’t decorate my backseat, frontseat, or trunk. It’s not just this Pizza Hut, but all of them, so I’m wondering if their corporate office might try and do something for it…
Anyways, so far so good, so will order again soon.

I love Pizza Hut and any other one would get 5 stars, but I order from these people all the time and about 30 – 40 percent of the time they either mess up it take forever to delivery which then means they bring me a cold pizza, If I call and ask if I can get a new one because they put the wrong toppings or something the manager is always very rude an difficult. I think if it’s their fault they should be willing to remake it…

CUSTOMER SERVICE
The service here was pretty good. The manager came out and took our order. He was quick and no issues at all. For a small personal pizza, it took a bit longer than I expected.

This place is pretty small and I did not see a restroom available to customers.
THE PIZZA
My son enjoyed the pizza, but for me its a bit too greasy.
This is the closest Pizza Hut where I live, so I might be back if I needed to. There is nothing really impressive about this place in particular.

I live right next to this Pizza Hut. I’ve been here lots of times, but deciding to write a good review because I was buying an extra Hershey dip for my cinnastixs and I really didn’t want to break my ONE DOLLAR LOOL, the lady gave it to me for 34 cents instead. Haha that was really sweet of her.

We like to get the $ 10 box meal which feeds our family of 5 just fine! Always good for a cheap dinner and the service is always great! The girls are always very friendly!

This place is horrible. I ordered two medium pizzas and when I got them I could barely see the ingredients. This always happens. Dont know why I still bother. Shame on me

My roommates wanted pizza. Not just any pizza, but pizza hut pizza. I was never a fan of them, and it had been years since I had a slice.
But overall it wasn’t that bad. A little bit on the greasy side, but still good
