Bought a Toshiba laptop from BestBuy about a year ago; fully insured including service warranty and support from the Geek techs. One day I boot the laptop and I’m prompted for ‘BIOS password’ before the machine will proceed. Didn’t know it(factory set), couldn’t find it(not provided) and Toshiba’s Tech Support said they couldn’t help me. Took the PC to BestBuy only to find out how worthless the protection/service plan was; even the Geek Squad told me, literally, «we cannot fix it and there’s nothing we can do to help you out»!! WOW!!! Called the guys at PC Center and they explained the what & why of it all, my options for repair and FIXEDMYPCIN1DAY. Very friendly & affordable service and would absolutely recommend PC Center to anyone needing help with their computer! Thanks Guys!!!

I had the good fortune of recommendation of PC Center by my sister, who saw a coupon, when my PC was in need of help. Saturday, June 7, 2014, I took my treasured desktop for a power module replacement, as had been determined its issue by Mr. Garcia, owner and operator. He provided the costs of labor and parts and said it would be ready in 2 hours. I returned at noon to find it up and running and was thrilled to see it brought back to life. Mr. Garcia is a man of knowledge and integrity. He didn’t ‘find’ other things to fix, as repair businesses have been known to do. I’m extremely pleased w/the results of his service and will be returning, soon to address my soundcard, which seems to have left town. I’m looking forward to all future needs for service at PC Center. You won’t go wrong — I recommend Mr. Garcia and his expertise and business ethics very highly.
