Papa John’s Pizza

We forgot to put in a promo code for our online order and called them up to ask if we could still get it. The driver was already on his way and they still did it. A+ customer service and highly recommend this location. Ten outta ten.

I have always enjoyed Papa John’s, however this evening I am a loyal customer forever! I placed my order, they were overwhelmingly busy with the Broncos game and my delivery was not what I ordered. I called to let them know and they came back with my correct order in a very short time. I did not expect them to bring us another meal, but they did and as usual, was delicious! I will absolutely remain loyal to my Papa John’s! Excellent food and customer service!

I love a bit of irony now and then, so when I can have it as a pizza topping it tastes all the better. I visited Papa J’s recently and the service was excellent, but the pizza was a buzz-​kill. I don’t care how much you like a place, it is a good idea to check your order before leaving the establishment. I let my guard down; I know — I know better and when I got home with my disc of deliciousness, I discovered that it was not the size pie I ordered. I ordered a large pizza and instead received something between a medium and a large (yeah, I hit it with the tape measure). A simple check-​o-​the-​box before leaving could have remedied the situation, but these guys never let me down in the past, so they received the benefit of the doubt. Honestly, I was too weary to call and complain, so for all of you take out/​delivery types, like myself — CHECK THE BLOODY BOX. I hate having to do things like that because I feel it sends the message that I don’t trust the business I am patronizing, but in this day and age of questionable service, I guess trust is no longer an option.

This papa johns is pretty decent. I usually order on the weekends for lunch. I noticed later in the evening the quality of the pizza slips, the pizza is put together sloppy. Now most of the time this is not the case. The taste is as always amazing.
4 stars because of consistency of quality, but they have room to improve. I order via the papa johns iphone app.

Very displeased with this location. Ordered from here many times before, using my iphone app, had no problems before. But today was ridiculous, the driver forgot my 3 year olds pepperoni pizza, this happens I know I used to deliver pizza. And shouldn’t be a problem, you just call the store and have another driver deliver it. NOT!!! Finish your route and go back to the store a half hour later, pickup the old pizza and deliver it 45 mins after the other pizzas. REALLY!!! Come on now! I even called and spoke to the manager and he was a moron too!

This Papa John’s stinks. Horrible phone manners. Were confused about a simple order and had an attitude. I have worked ALOT of pizza in my time an this staff needs an attitude adjustment.

Not bad for pizza. Not the best but not bad for a quick fix.
Pizzas were made correctly and the wings were decent. Location was short-​staffed for a Sunday and everyone stuck strictly to their jobs. There was only 1 front desk-​phone person and he was on the phone so I had to wait 5 – 10 minutes to get my pies while others just walked by and ignored me.
Plenty of parking but hidden on the side of the big strip mall center with 24 Hour fitness and Big Lots.
Overall, a solid 3.
