First time we came to this location we used the online ordering system and most of our food was wrong. We ordeed two salads both no cilantro, two sandwiches, one no cheese and no mayo. Unfortunately both salads has cilantro and neither sandwich had cheese but both had mayo. So I called and told the manager who told me to come back with the food and they can remake it. After already driving there and back I told him I wasn’t about to do it again. So he offered us a discount on our next order kinda lame but whatever. So the next time we came in we ordeed the same thing and this time the girl working had such an attitude and seemed like we were bugging her. She actually threw half a loaf of bread in our bag to go rather than slicing it up into the 3 pieces we ordered. Also my croutons for the tomatoe soup were missing, which the girl stated my soup doesn’t come with them anymore. Ill drive out of my way to another location b4 coming back to this place where employee’s act like ur bugging them by asking them to do their jobs. Also kinda sad a «manager» was actually standing there and said nothing.

Ehh… the food was good but we went at 7 something p.m. and it was dead. Two other groups were there in booths. There were another two booths with dirty dishes on the tables and one with a water bottle. We wanted to have a booth so I had to ask the cashier to clean the table. The floor of one booth had food on the ground. There were at least three people working and since it was slow, I would have thought at least one of them could check to make sure someone was business the dirty dishes. Maybe that’s why there weren’t very many customers. Sorry, we won’t be coming back to this Panera Bread.

This place is awesome! I’m surprised that I haven’t been to a Panera Bread before until a few months ago. It all started because my study partner suggested we go Panera Bread. Until then, I’ve heard of this place but always thought it was weird to bring your laptop and sorta hang out here while eating a snack or meal(although come to think of it, the concept is awesome). There’s all sorts of yummy choices — my favorites so far : * Chai Tea Latte with Almond Milk — somehow Panera’s version puts Starbucks’s version to shame. The flavor here is much richer and more spicey — it’s not for all though. I get it with the Almond Milk so that helps a bit. * Cream of Wild Chicken Rice Soup — I love this soup — its amazingly good! What makes the soup here even better is if you get it in a Sourdough Bread Bowl. That sorta reminds me of my other favorite place to get Soup Bread Bowls — Boudin Bakery or the Pacific Wharf Café at DCA(I think its also run by BB). * Cheese Danish Pastry — Sweet, buttery crust and a nice creamy cheesy center. * Asiago Steak Sandwich — good meat/veggie/bread ratio. bread is always fresh There is plenty of seating — at least during the hours I come in. Lots of ample tables throughout the restaurant. If you’re going to come here by yourself, don’t hog a full 4-seater table please =P. What I really like is how friendly the staff is. I tend to stop by after my night class and working in the restaurant industry before, I know what its like when people stop by an hour before closing. They are always so welcoming regardless of when I stop by(I know at the very least not to come too close to closing). I highly recommend joining their Rewards program. Unlike other places where things are based on how much you buy — this rewards program is based on your visits. It’s pretty awesome that they give you a pastry on your birthday, and other cool offers/savings throughout the year. Overall a favorite !

Have not been here in a long time. Ordered Chicken Tortellini Alfredo Pasta with a Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. Iced Coffee to drink. Food is excellent, but a little expensive. Portions were just right.

Got a roasted turkey sandwich with apples and cheddar cheese. It came with argulua and cold slaw. My sandwich was cold at first, and I asked the sever if I can get it toasted. He gladly did it for me and my best friend. The sandwich came on cranberry walnut bread. Really good. It went well with my potato baked soup; which taste similar to clam chowder. This is my first time at this location. Good customer service. No tipping policy. I tip on my table anyways.

My daughters and I rarely agree on where to eat, however Panera Bread is always a unanimous decision. This particular location is inferior to others. The last 3 times I ordered«rapid» pick-up, they looked at me like I was an alien when I asked if my order was ready upon arrival. There is a Panera app, which is really great and easy to use. It makes it so I can order on the way. In theory, my order is supposed to be waiting on a shelf with my name on it. Very convenient. The convenience is somewhat negated when my bag is not sitting on its shelf. Maybe they were busy, and I should be more understanding. In reality, they were not that busy, and 3 people got their in-store orders, before they started making mine. If you have the choice, go to the location in Seacliff. Main St and Yorktown. They are extremely efficient and more organized in general.

I love Panera for many reasons as we all do. I’ve been to this location several times as its close to home. Of course it can get busy and I generally don’t mind waiting. On my most recent visit I decided to order online for rapid pick up since my order was simple and quick. I ordered a plain bagel with hazelnut cream cheese also a green tea because it’s amazing. I arrived and headed to the rapid pick up counter expecting my order to be ready, but of course that’d be too much like right. I stood at the counter for about five minutes when someone finally asked if I could be helped. I told him I ordered online for rapid pick up, he said it’d be a few minutes. After a few minutes a girl walks over and hands me the order. Great now I’m all set to go. I get home to bagel that wasn’t even toasted nor warmed. That was a little disappointing. This visit wasn’t the best being that my order wasn’t ready upon arrival and my bagel was cold as ice.

Updated review I am giving them 5 stars today for not only delicious tasting food. Not only a clean place to eat. But because of their problem solving skills. I ordered a soup with my order. After sitting the person who took my order came over and said that she made a mistake and the soups are not ready yet. She offered a half chicken ceaser salad in it’s place. When they brought my food the waiter apologized for the mix up and there was no additional charge. I appreciate their service when things don’t go perfect. They still made my experience great.

Don’t come to panera very often, but decided to be a little healthy and came here. The cashier, I think was new because she couldn’t answer any of our questions, and wasn’t very helpful. She also rung us up wrong, i dont know how our meal came out to be $ 35 for two people for salad and a sandwhich. Overall, an awkward experience for me because if it was really $ 35 I was gonna say, oh, nevermind, and leave. Food was okay, it wasn’t amazing. I’d rather go to boudin and get soup/salad/sandwhich there.

Normally pretty good but was rather disappointed these last few times I went. The pastries all seemed very tough and almost over cooked. And then I wanted the 2 lunch combo and found out they don’t do that with the pasta anymore which is stupid. And then I got the Chicken Alfredo tortellini and it wasn’t even filled up all the way in the little Togo container and I got less then like 4oz of chicken(see attached photo). Very VERY disappointed. For almost $ 10 for the pasta I expected at least a chicken breast. Not a tablespoon of obviously canned chicken.

I was greeted when I entered. The restaurant is clean. The food came out fast and hot. I ordered the«Pick 2» with tortellini Alfredo and creamy tomato soup. Yummy! I like that it comes with choice side of chips or dinner roll(I believe they offer apple slices too). The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the fact that it really should be no more than $ 10 per person but I tend to pay $ 13 – 18 usually.

Very overpriced for the amount of food you get. Food is so so. This restaurant had dirty tables, were out of napkins, even though I asked the girl to refill the dispenser. Also, I hate that Panera just lest people hang out all day taking up valuable seating for people who are actually eating and spending money, not just buying a drink. They also keep changing the menu, increasing the price and giving less food. I won’t be back.
