The hell blandest food ever. Lmao 4 dollars for barely a bowl. Go to Hong Kong express if you want decent food for half the price.

This Panda is located in the Westminster Mall food court. So this review covers both the restaurant and the common seating area in the court. The food at this Panda is cooked well. I have never received anything bad here. There has been a couple of times where I saw a items on display looking like they have been there for a while. In that case I just ask them to make a fresh bach, and they are always happy to do it. You can always try any item available if you never been to a Panda Express. Everything is displayed behind glass and you tell the people working what you want on your plate. The food court itself could better. All the tables are just a little lopsided. Not enough that you can’t use them, but enough to notice they are. The nice thing is there is always a mall person walking around and wiping everything down. So at least its clean :-) It’s a good lunch stop especially if you need something at the mall while you are there.

Hair and food. We were just at Panda Express for lunch. We had a kids meal and there was a hair in it. We asked for our money back and since we had thrown away the receipt they did not give it to us. Handled very poorly I will never go back there again.

My family and I always eat here when we are at the mall. Food is always fresh and good. They always seem a bit understaffed on the front end. Usually only 1 employee serving and charging customers and line can get 5 – 10 long. They charge for refills. Never had any issues with good and employees are nice.

Horrible experience every time I go there! I can’t believe that Panda Express allows this location to stay in business go to the Panda on Beach Blvd it is 1000 times better!

This location is inside of the Westminster Mall food court. We arrived around the time they were opening up on a Sunday, so the food was freshly made and hot. The Orange Chicken was good, but the pieces were smaller and heavily breaded, the chicken egg roll was very tasty, and the rice was the usual Panda rice, where it’s just okay and you always hope it’s better, but it never is. I really want there rice to be good! The staff was friendly but the cashier was talking to a friend for awhile so we were slow to get rung up and head off to eat. Overall: B Definitely an A-OK place to eat in the food court.

I don’t know but the peeps I see now, Mark and others are super friendly and courteous. Food is great. The new orange chicken and bacon is questionable taste-wise. The shiitake kale chicken looks decent. I’m sticking to my fave honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have never have had such a negative experience in any resturaunt EVER. They mixed up the containers when I was at the register and charged me for someone else’s food. The cashier verified what I had by mumbling and speaking so fast I said I cannot hear you –this happened twice. Then one of the other workers yells out«she asked you three times what you had» So she charges me again — now I owe more money??? When all was said and done I paid $ 14.00 for what should have 9.60 +tax. At this point I didn’t want the food, never want go to a Panda Express ever again. The staff are just plain rude.

The pinnacle of Chinese cuisine. Going to a Panda Express and not ordering their Orange Chicken and Chow Mein is tantamount to paying for a prostitute to only hold your hand.

Nothing unusual about this location. The service is decent and the food is usually fresh. I come here to get my fake Chinese food fix.

I love their chow mein not to oily like some chinese resturants. Which makes it great and you don‘t feel like your eating nothing but oil. Orange Chicken was awesome and good service.
