Just attempted to redeem a birthday coupon for a slice of black tie moose cake. The coupon was expired, but I had been out of the state on work during my birthday and unable to redeem it. There was a 20 minute wait and I didn’t have the time to wait so I was hoping to take it to go. I spoke with the manager and he was unable to make an exception both on using the coupon and on taking the cake to go. I understand that«its policy», but I have visited this Olive Garden and spent $ 40 – 60 at least once a month for the past few years. «When you’re here, you’re family» is the slogan but I don’t think that really applies where it should, using a birthday coupon at a chain establishment you’ve spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars at. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Olive Garden. There is another 10 minutes in the opposite direction if I have to have some breadsticks, but probably not. It’s a shame to feel unappreciated, but hey sometimes that’s what helps us grow. Something to consider before you decide to eat at this location.

I am not a chain restaurant person however my grandmother loves it here so I went for her birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a gluten sensitive menu. He asked about an allergy and said they pay close attention in the kitchen by using different preparations for gluten free. Which I had read about and was pleased with. My dish was fairly decent– pasta primavera with shrimp. Skimpy on the shrimp IMO though for 3.99 four shrimp doesn’t seem like enough. My big problem was finding a gluten containing noodle in my dish– a piece of spaghetti when they only make the rotini gluten free. Wouldn’t say this is a safe place for a gluten free person. But thanks for trying anyhow.

We had the opportunity to eat here today for lunch. Overall our experience and the food was good. There were a few minor things like my soup bowl arrived only about ¼ full. The pasta was a little short on sauce and we had to ask for more. However overall our experience was nice. Our waitress was friendly and courteous and did a great job of getting our food out quickly. The past few times we have visited have been hit or miss, but today was good. We will come back.

The bartender, Nate, was running around like crazy. He told us this was one of the busiest weeks of the year and they were understaffed and YET we received wonderful service. Not only was the bartender super nice despite being overwhelmed, the other servers all seemed to pitch in to help. Great service, great food. This place is always busy — because it’s great!

This resturant is one of my favorite resturanst! when you first get their they give you amazing italian dressing sald with warm breadsticks. The favorite dish that i get is Chicken alfardo. Its noodles with delicous alfrado sauce and chicken. Another thing that i really enjoy eating is the desert called Tiramisu. That is a warm coffee cake icecream. I highly recommened eating here if you love italian food they not only have chicken alfrado but they have plenty more!:)

Great service and the food was better than expected. Was told this location wasn’t that good, but they definitely proved me wrong tonight. Appetizers and entrees had some good taste.

I worked at an Olive Garden for years in college. Therefore, I still love it! It’s the McDonalds of Italian food, but they do it right. I don’t agree with some of the changes the chain has made over the years, but they have kept most of the staples and it’s ubiquitous across the board. Service is either good or great-I’ve never received poor service at the Westminster location. And the tiramisu is still my absolute favorite. I just can’t find a better one anywhere. Competing with fast casual is difficult these days, but the OG will be best served by its original pretense of keepin it classy with upscale casual and approachable wine with fair priced, higher quality food.

We went there for an early dinner. Food was okay and the waitress was fantastic, but my experience was not a pleasant one. Here is the issue why I rate them so low. I had a cast on my foot and my wife walks with a cane. We walked by the whole restaurant, seemed like clear to 140, past empty tables, to be seated. So I asked the obvious question; «Why didn’t they seat us closer to the door?» the reply was that the computer selects our seating. So here comes my next obvious question; «So why when you see two people who obviously have a hard time walking would you even ask the computer» The lady turned a bit red and said the waiters for those sections were not in yet. So my last obvious question was«So why can’t you just tell another waiter, maybe the one who would have gotten us, to go over to the closer table?» the lady started to say something but the pain from my wife kicking me blotted out what she was saying. Good grief, can’t one of the job requirements be common sense? Since I am paying the bill, would it be too hard to be considerate? Management needs to Wake up!

We have been here several times when visiting our family from out of state. Tonight the service was exceptionally poor. We were told to wait for a «few» minutes while our table was set up and it ended up being about 20 minutes. There were not any other customers waiting and several came in and were seated before our party. In that time a manager reprimanded a hostess in front of us which was pretty awkward. One of the other hostesses told a customer, «I cannot seat you yet because I’ll get in trouble if I leave this hostess station.» Once we were taken to our table our waitress was attentive and quickly got some breadsticks for us. We ordered drinks and our meals. The food service was prompt and everyone seemed pleased with their meals. My son had the kids’ pizza and it tasted like it had been frozen a long time. My husband enjoyed the braised beef and tortellini. I had the herb salmon with garlic broccoli and it was pretty good. The coffee was also good. While we were eating it was apparent that some new staff were being trained and taught about the dining room. I found it strange that this would be done in such a conspicuous way during the main dinner hour. The food was good — as good as you’d expect from an Olive Garden restaurant, but the weird staff situations put a damper on the experience.

I have been coming here for years, but only in the past couple have I really noticed how great the staff is and how great the food is. Its a great place to eat on any occasion with decent pricing.

My 2nd take out order. Much better than the 1st. Order was a Lasagna order for 8. Called ahead several hours as was recommended. The food was ready when I arrived. Good lasagna, salad and breadsticks. Will do it again.

as a restaurant, i give it 2 stars. the food is good but inconsistent. with duplicate orders at the same table, portions differ greatly. your experience is at the mercy of your server. some see you as a dollar bill and few others want to provide you with a nice evening. it was better a year or so ago, but now is not great. the last family celebration, there were 7 of us. it was not terribly busy. the server was not great. she actually handed me my plate — she was holding it with a napkin — the plate was HOT. it burned my hand when i took it. and that is how our dinner started. no refills on anything, like we were just in her way. i did the survey on our receipt and complained. the manager called me and apologetically offered to send me a gift card to come again. 2 weeks later the card arrived in the mail for $ 50. our family celebration was in excess of $ 150, not counting tip. i was under the impression we would duplicate the family celebration with a better result. i guess that was not the manager’s impression — it certainly was not her intent when she offered to send the card. i had given her the receipt number so she knew who the server was and how much money was spent. we stopped going for some time. we started getting coupons recently, so we started going back — but not with a party or celebration. who wants to spend a bunch of money to get irritated? just the 2 of us for a quick lunch or dinner with a coupon and a phone call that the only caring competent waiter was available — Brenden. if and when he leaves that place, we wi ll probably not go again. maybe carry out.

First time to this Olive Garden. Service started off good but slowed down after it picked up a little. The food was very very good and salad was excellent! 2 for 25 deal is great deal !!

Don’t really like waiting for a table so we usually go before 5. Other than that one little thing, we’ve NEVER had a bad experience here. Food, wait staff, everything’s perfect here!!!

Good food & great service. They asked if I was in a hurry & needed to be out by a certain time. I had 2 hours, they had me out in a little over an hour. I got the ravioli & it was perfect. Salad was good. My waitress was really nice & helpful. They have deals but they are rather limited this season. It is like a buy one/get one, but it is only on certain entrees. I went during the day for lunch. Can’t get near the place on a Fri/Sat night. The wait is at least an hour. Tables are far enough apart your not sitting on top of each other. I have heard other OGs are terrible, this one is good on a busy Monday afternoon.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Olive Garden ever. I’ve ordered both take out and I’ve eaten in and been happy with both. They are exceptionally good with take out adding in all extra napkins, silverware, or any other extras necessary. When dining in the service is wonderful and pleasant. They refill drinks very promptly, most of the time with out being asked, and bring extra breadsticks without complaint. I’ve never had a mess up in my meal or had to wait very long to eat. I will absolutely go back again and again.

Ah, Italian food. How I love thee. Yet, you are no good for my hips. Let’s be real here. It’s Olive Garden. You know what you’re getting as far as food is concerned. My mother had the lasagna and I sneaked a bit. WOW, it was fantastic. I had the chicken ceasar salad which pailed in comparison to the lasagna. I guess they need to stick to pasta and not ceasar salad. The problem I had was the chicken itself. They bread it which is certainly not something I expect from a salad. It comes on the plate warm with freezing cold romaine lettuce. That’s just not appealing to me. It makes me wish they did not give me the chicken or put it on the side. Service is great. The server was friendly and accomodating. Not much to complain about. I will say that the waiting area is really small. My party was told there was a 45 minute wait, but there was really nowhere to stand. There are two couches and limited wall space to stand. We ended up standing at the wall by the bar/to go area basically watching a family eat their spagetti in live 3D. Definitely not comfortable for the family or for us since we WERE waiting for 45 minutes to be seated. I have no problem with the wait, it’s just that the little girl at the table seemed to be taunting me with all that slurping of noodles like she was starring in Lady in the Tramp. I was hungry gosh darnit!

I really like this location! The wait staff here are always helpful, upbeat and very accommodating! This restaurant chain lures me in with their delicious and COMPLIMENTARY bread sticks and house salad! I always order either the stuffed chicken Marsala or the Shrimp & Crab Tortelli Romana or a promoted dish that is offered for a limit of time. On this occasion(5÷8÷11) I ordered the Shrimp and Crab Tortelli Romana which was rather lackluster. This particular dish was bland and lacked the rich flavorful sauce I’m used to. I was not too impressed this time around which was a first. My mom ordered the stuffed chicken Marsala which was pretty good but looked a bit overcooked. I’m assuming they were a bit overwhelmed with the crowd of customers for the holiday. Overall I will still be back to Olive Garden, be it this location or anywhere else nearby!
