Nguyen Diep DDS

Dr. Diep has been my dentist for almost 20 years. I came to her after a very bad experience with another dentist who managed to consume a full year allowance (form the insurance) in a single visit! The patients are for the most part of Vietnamese origin but I am a regular white guy! Ten years ago I got married and my wife is now a patient of Dr. Diep as well.

She was… okay. Hey! She got the job done. I actually came here because my parents recommended her. They are a friend of the receptionist, not the dentist. There is no hygenist. So, who does the cleaning? The dentist herself! I don’t much, but I am sure the dentist is specifically trained to do dentistry, but not to specialize in cleaning.
Wow, was it painful and bloody! It shouldn’t have been painful at all. I know because I have had cleanings before. I doubt the enamel had broken down so much in just 6 months I would feel that much pain through the bottom of my tooth right by my gums. Plus… why was there blood? There was a lot of blood, and there is never any blood.
If you don’t have dental insurance, a cleaning and regular check up is just about $ 30. Not too bad, but you get what you pay for.

The dentist is awful here. I came here for my regular check-​up and clean, and she was horrible. I had never been in so much pain and the bleeding was non-​stop for a couple of hours after. She really did more damage than good. Never coming back!
