The service was short, thoughtless and abrupt. From the fattiest pot roast to the wrong items on the plate, this was a catastrophe. The turkey dinner is now about half portion, the carrot bread is now a carrot madeline. The margarine whip is called butter. What happened to this place? They did replace the plates with smaller serving dishes with a rim to show food as larger! Weird, I really was away long enough to see that much of what we returned for is no longer special or even there. The spinach artichoke dip was ok. The ceasar side salad was ok as well. Service and food is a no go if you want value and experience for the money.

Service was fine, food was okay. It’s typical ‘chain’ restaurant food. I wouldn’t say it is bad food, but it’s not anything super memorable either. Staff was friendly.

Went in to get breakfast this morning, and yes I get it today was Mother’s Day … Everywhere is going to be busy. But people who do have to work and want to get breakfast before work should still be taken care of. Call about 15 minutes before we were going to make it to see the wait time, was told 15 – 30 mins, which didn’t seem bad at all. When we showed up around 9am no one even acknowledge so when we went up to the hostess we asked how long the wait was for 2 and we were told an hour &30 minutes. Obviously we were extremely shocked on how the wait time change drastically between the last 15 minutes, so we stated«that’s crazy.» And the manager sighed with a larger«okay» rudely to us because I’m sure he was thinking«you realizes its Mother’s Day.» Either way, rude staff, food takes forever and you chose your job we didn’t for you.

Called to make a brunch reservation the manager was incredibly rude on the phone, instead of explaining that they are booked but I can come down he says he only had a 7:15am reservation and if we go down there we may or may not be served. How about we take our business elsewhere!

Service was slow and I was seated where I had a partial view of the kitchen, so I had time to observe the person making the salads. He was not wearing gloves and did not use tongs, he used his bare hands. I observed him wiping his mouth and then reaching into the bucket of greens to make a salad. I was glad that neither of us had ordered salad. It does make me wonder about other kitchen practices. We won’t be going back.

Prices are a little high for what I normally like to pay for breakfast but their chicken and waffles is to die for! My husband got the French toast and was wishing the whole time he got my dish it was just that good and filling! Will definitely be back!

Not a bad place! The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was good. I think the Key Lime Pie was good(I never had a chance to get my spoon to the plate because my table mates tore it up) because it was gone before I got to it.

The food is not good. The muffins that they rave are delicious are not good. The service is ALRIGHT but the waiter did screw up both mine and my fiancés dinner order. Definitely would not recommend this establishment.

This is actually a decent place to eat/hang out. I love their fish&chips, the tartar sauce is amazing! Also it’s such a large meal that I always share with my husband. The turkey sandwich and brie is really good too.

Mimi’s use to be a great place to have breakfast post 2013. The last two times I went to Mimis for breakfast the food was terrible and they were very short staffed. Their menu has changed significantly with a downgrade in ingredients and food options. Last time I was in Mimi’s the manager had to cook our breakfast because the cook dint even show up to work that morning(Saturday morning). I would recommend anything other than Mimi’s for breakfast at this point. The establishment should take a very close look at their menu, employees and service. Mimi’s could also use a drastic makeover as it is outdated and a bit creepy at times. Muffins are still very good, I am assuming they have the muffins delivered from outside the establishment. Save your money.

4 people $ 75 for breakfast. Service was slow and it was not busy, I had to ask for silverware 3 times, I had to ask for condiments 2 times. Not worth the $ in any way shape or form. Food was at the least average, they put capers on the standard Benedict? Yes capers should be on the salmon Benedict. Potatoes were the highlight of the meal. Before Mimi’s was bought out it was a much better place to eat at. Doubt we will be going back.

It took them 45 mins to bring out eggs and potatoes. Couldn’t even eat it because we were running late. You don’t see servers for a while to even ask where your food is. The servers are nice but their wait time for food and service is horrible. Food isn’t too great. My corned beef benedict was not worth what I paid, not worth the wait. They gave me about 7 pieces of potatoes with it. I won’t be coming back.

We attempted to eat here against our better judgment and against the advice of those reviews mentioning the wait times. We sat our four children into a booth and proceeded to wait. Fifteen minutes later, with not so much as a glance in our direction, we walked out. Mentioning this to what appeared to be a manager, was met with disinterest at best. Note: Panera, while not so varied a menu, is within walking distance and they’ll actually notice when you walk up.

Took my kids to Mimi’s for breakfast this morning. Normally I would go to the Flatirons location but seeing as we had some errands to run in the area, we opted for this location instead. Big mistake. We were sat and started to order drinks, when our server who appeared to be a little green interrupted to tell us they don’t have any soda. Okay — that was fine. She came back and dropped off my coffee and my kids chocolate milk — my teenage daughter’s was put in a kids cup for some reason which I thought odd seeing as she didn’t even have a kids menu. This should have been a sign. We ordered our food and my daughter was excited because she’d seen pumpkin pancakes on the board as a special — however, it was nowhere to be found on the menu. She ordered them anyway. When our food came out, my daughters plate came and ended up being kids pancakes. I flagged our server down when we realized the error and instead of apologizing she looked my daughter square in the eye and said, «I thought you said puppy pancakes». She had clearly repeated pumpkin when my daughter — again a teenager — had ordered. The server then took the plate back and came back to replace the previous order. My daughter took one bite and spit them out. They were so overly sweet and had some kind of thick icing on top that just made them worse. To add to all of this, both mine and my sons food was cold and not once were we offered refills on drinks. The manager did come over and I explained to her all of the issues. She appropriately comped my daughters meal, but she also made excuses and said that their servers gauge whether or not to bring kids cups. How about teaching your servers to be observant and notice when a teenager has a kids menu or even just have them straight up ask if they’re unsure as to when it’s appropriate to bring a regular cup of a kids cup. Overall, we likely won’t be back to this location. We have better luck up at Flatirons.

Wow. We’ve been here for an hour and are still waiting for our food. Tough to keep a 2 and a half year old entertained for that long. Not too impressed.

1. It took an hour for our food to come 2. They gave my husband the wrong meal 3. I ordered an omelette and the entire middle was runny and uncooked When we asked to speak to a manager, we were sent someone who told us she wasn’t the real manager. The real manager was the head chef today. Any restaurant where the GM is playing head chef seems to not be a fully functional and we’ll run place to me.

This Mimi’s café was very well improved from the last time. The service was very prompt and courteous. I ordered the smoked salmon benedict and it was very well presented, hot and extremely flavorful. The taste of smokey salmon combined with the perfectly pouched egg mixed with creamy hollandaise sauce and capers were truly a good way to start the day. I also had part of a blackberry muffin that tasted like it just came out of the oven. My faith in Mimi’s Café has been restored.

Second time trying Mimi’s Café. I was pleasantly surprised by how much better this location is. I had the bacon avocado omelette with roasted potatoes. Picture perfect presentation. Never had an omelette before i will definitely be having more. Every bite was flavorful and hot. Most omelettes kinda break apart when you cut into them not this one. I also had part of a blackberry muffin tasted fresh out of the oven.

We will definite return for more dinners. It was my first time dining at Mimi’s but a return for the other two in my party. The service was excellent. of our entrees, the Bouillabaisse was excellent as was the Pot Roast. I had the French Stew but it turned out not as expected because for me stew means it has some liquid. My stew was more of a baked shredded chicken and veggies. We ask our server thinking something was amiss but she said that was how it was supposed to be. The manager came and offered me a different entrée so i would leave hungry but we’d already had apps and side salad so she comped my plate. how cool was that? no complaints there. We were there after 8 pm on a friday night but it was not that busy and quiet.
