Marco’s Pizza

Great pizza joint! They are alway friendly and very helpful on food suggestions! My favorite is the deluxe uno on the crispy thin crust, reminds my of my favorite pizza joint in my hometown. If you sign uo for their emails they send you discount coupons almost monthly :)

We order from this store all the time. Orders are usually fast and fine. One time, they were out of bread so we couldn’t get sandwiches. But today, the online service isn’t working, I keep getting an error. I had to call in my order and they wouldn’t honor the coupon code that I was going to use online. Kinda pissed me off. Casey was the person who answered the phone. Apparently the manager was right there. Very poor customer service Marco’s! I will be submitting feedback through their website once it’s working. For someone that orders rather frequently, you really should have stepped up and given me 3 measly dollars off. I didn’t break your website!

Yesterday I brought my daughter and a friend to the Orchard location. Our frined had never tried your pizza and we were excited to give her the expierence. We were greeted by Corbin who began our order by asking if we were staying or taking out. We opted to stay. He was struggling with the computer and needed help from the manager. While she was helping him I realized we needed to be somewhere and might not be able to dine in. I asked the manager if the drinks would be in a plastic or paper cup. When she said they would be plastic I requested a paper cup. She said «it’s going to be a few minutes. I have to get them from the back.» Without even looking up from the computer she stormed off. There were about 4 others already eating, so it wasn’t too busy. When she finally came back with our cups, I couldn’t even finish saying «Thank you,» before she had literally shoved them into my hand. By now I’m getting upset because we are good customers and literally did NOTHING to deserve such awful treatment from her. I wasn’t going to say anything because I didn’t want to make my friend and daughter uncomfortable. After waiting for sometime, I walked up to the counter and asked if I could get it in a box. She said yes, again-​whitout even looking up. A short time later she brought out the pizza and walked away. I went back to the counter to see of we could get 3 paper plates. Corbin turned to ask and she was already standing there ON HER CELL PHONE. He said we wanted plates and she BLATANTLY rolled her eyes and again, stormed off. When she came back, she slammed a giant stack of plates next the the other side of the register, WITHOUT giving us our alloted amount. As she was storming off, I said «Excuse me, I didn’t get your name.» Without stopping, or Turing around she kept going and yelled «Reagan. I’m the manager on duty! «There were no other pies coming out of the oven, no people standing around; just her being incredibly rude for NO REASON. I was a Store Manager for just over 11 years. I CERTAINLY hope that this company’s tolerance level for this behavior is ZERO. I will NEVER come back if this girl is running staff. I was completely embarrassed bringing my friend here, and will never put myself in that position again.

8 times out of 10 the pizza is really good. Other times it’s either super greasy or cold. I always grab my pizza to go because I stop in on my lunch break but the atmosphere is nice. It’s very family oriented and usually pretty clean. When it gets super busy in there on the weekends the clean up is a little lax. There was one time I ended up waiting 20 minutes for two slices of pizza, was pretty annoyed but the manager gave me a coupon for a free slice on my next visit. Good customer service!

So second time they completely messed up my order. Last time they did I was told I had a $ 7 credit on my account. When I ordered today, I was told there was no credit as they «clear account information» all the time. The woman on the phone sounded like she was texting someone or something as she paid very little attention to what I had to say and I had to repeat everything several times. It is really tough on a business when your employees apparently don’t care at all about the business or its customers.
So last time it got delivered to the wrong address and my wife went and got it from them. Wow! Do t bother delivering to the right address at all. This time they got the right location but I ordered naked wings with a side of BBQ and instead I got wings drowning in BBQ sauce. I even said it 3 time but again the person on the phone wasn’t paying attention at all. I refused the wings as my kids won’t eat them like that. To build on that, about 25% of the pizza was without any cheese at all. So much for quality control. There was pepperoni on sauce and no cheese. How do you miss that much pizza? I will not be ordering from this place again which is unfortunate because they used to be great.
The only positive thing g was that the person delivering the food was really nice. Too bad they don’t make the person making it deliver it so they can see the disappointment on their customers’ faces when they see what they get.

It is hit or miss here. Sometimes to pizza is cold or cheesey bread is drenched in oil.

Pizza here tastes great especially when it’s made fresh. I have ordered just a slice before and it tastes okay, but not good. This place is located in an outdoor mall complex, so it’s pretty busy with mostly young teenagers. Parking sucks! The service. Also okay. They hardly smile and it seems like they are always in a rush to get your order and move you out of the way. Last time I went there, he was in such a hurry that he misheard my order. I asked for a medium pepperoni pizza and got a medium cheese pizza. But oh well…

My husband and I LOVE Marcos. The food is amazing, and the staff is so awesome. We live outside of the delivery radius by 2 miles, which sucks, but when they’re not too busy they’ll generally deliver to us as we assure them we tip very well (at least 25% of order is what we do). However, when they’re able to do this it is worth the drive to pick it up :)

First, let me just say that Marco’s Pizza is, generally speaking, an amazing pizza chain which offers a variety of toppings and customizations to pizzas. I’m originally from Tampa, FL, and I had a Marco’s pizza within walking distance to my house — that one was my weekly go-​to for pizza. The one located at Orchard, I have to say, was kind of disappointing. I think their being disappointing is due to a few reasons:
First, it was clear that the owner of this particular Marco’s had location in mind. But sometimes, a great location can compromise good service or good food preparation, the latter of which I experienced on my most recent visit. This Marco’s is flanked by a slew of outdoor shops and is right next-​door to the large theater. While the easily amused pre-​teens who frequent these nearby venues will surely be pleased by this establishment, the ones seeking a true Marco’s experience should definitely look elsewhere. This establishment seeks to provide revenue. It’s obvious.
Second, I ordered my usual: thin-​crust chicken and feta with white sauce, garlic crust, baked well-​done. My girlfriend ordered a standard old-​world pepperoni and mushroom. Both were «almost» undercooked. My pizza, especially, was «almost» cold. It also didn’t help that they forgot about the salad we ordered, and it wasn’t until I approached the counter with a semi-​irate, unfamiliar-​to-​Colorado look on my face that they acknowledged the issue. We ordered an $ 8 salad. It certainly was not the $ 8 salad that I remembered from my other Marco’s outings at different places.
I hesitate to return to this Marco’s, but I know I probably will. I suppose they deserve a second chance, but in a location like that, can you really expect good food prep with screaming kids in the background? I, kind of, can’t blame them for the poopy experience.
In summary, great for kids, not so much for adults.

I wish I could say better, but the pizza was ok and the service sucked! I had to beg for my free cheese bread! I traded my e-​mail for the crazy bread, which I thought was a great deal but they did not put it on my ticket so I asked and she rung it up, then the guy said it would be right out and then I had to leave so I asked my wife to watch for it where he accused my wife of already getting it… Really… Not worth the hassle!

Crappy service! Tables are filthy with little creatures flying everywhere. Won’t be back!

My in-​laws bought Marco’s Pizza for the family last night. I like pretty much all pizza, yet I would not recommend Marco’s. Pizza didn’t have much taste at all and seemed cheap. There are many other pizza places to choose from and I would recommend not calling this one.

Had a coupon for a free pizza that I purchased from a local high school, coupon says good through August, am on phone says no good. Well Marcos I win this round an every round hereafter since I will NEVER eat your pizza again, that’s NEVER!

Great pizza by the slice, perfect for mall employees to grab a quick bite. A lunch special would be nice, pizza slice, side salad & drink.

The most terrible customer service. 1 guy working during lunch hour??? Finally was able to order (just wanting one slice) and was told another 15 minutes? No apologizes or anything… Won’t go to this location again.

Pretty solid slice of pizza. Nice if you want to grab bite before/​after seeing a movie at the theater next door. Friendly service. Not too much seating inside, but it really doesn’t take away from anything because, being pizza, it is a pretty quick bite.

Amazing pizza for a great price! Will go back here often.

Not bad, actually!
I like that I can get pizza by the slice here; grabbed lunch with my daughter here recently: two whopper slices of pizza and two drinks set us back $ 9. I don’t think you can find a more affordable lunch option at Orchard Town Center, to be honest.
The crust is just a little thicker than New York style and as a hint of sweetness to it. The sauce was a little light on the garlic but not bad. Just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Definitely a step up from traditional mall pizza options.
The store itself was very clean, but I’m docking a star and only leaving 4 stars because the staff seemed a little indifferent. Couldn’t get a smile out of the cashier to save my lid, and the kitchen staff seemed to be moving like turtles (hung over, maybe?)
Regardless, worth the visit for the price and the product! We’ll definitely order carry out from them soon!
