Do NOT use Legacy Septic & Excavation for Inspection. They are unprofessional, poorly run, and use shady business practices. I only used this company because they could fit us in quickly — rescheduled 4 times, then couldn’t find what they needed so left and gave an incomplete Inspection. When I tried to get them to go back and complete the inspection they wanted at least $ 150, but as much as $ 1000 may be charged. In the end I just paid them to stop the madness, it turns out the inspection price is twice their competitors’ price.
