I just don’t get it, if I win the case, why I have to pay some of the medical bill by my own, for example MRI, I took twice of MRI, one for my spin, one for my brain, the lawyer took $ 1800 from my settlement, why~why~why~

My attorney basically handed my case to his staff to resolve it but funny thing is that ive never been updated about a case I had to have a 3^rd party tell me the progress of the case. There was no effort put into the case and i had to get out of my way 4 times to visit their office and figure out what was going on i wasnt hearing anything back from them. I felt like i got SCAMMED. I advice you do not turn to this lawyer for help.

Why am I unhappy with my lawyer’s performance? include:
1. the attorney isn’t professional
2. the attorney doesn’t understand my case
3. Me and the attorney disagree about how the case should be handled
4. I feel the attorney is not detrimental to the case
5. My attorney doesn’t show dedication toward my case or compassion toward me as a client
6. He did not Exercise independent professional judgment on my behalf.
7. if you can’t live up to that obligation, you should be holding your hand out for money.
8. A good lawyer will have staff update you whenever something changes, and email you on all documents coming or going from the office
9. This is the age of online reputation, guys. If you stink at customer service, it will show up in your reviews.
10. Conscientious lawyers can steal your business away. Maybe that day hasn’t come yet, but I’m warning you, it will.
11. Very confuse office they can say one thing and call you back the next day and tell you another feels like every step is a uphill battle. 12. stay away from this place.
The attorney will sit down and talk with the you once, for about 5 — 15 minutes, in order to draft a retainer and start billing. Then he’ll hand off his work to interns /​paralegals, at the lowest rate possible. They take on WAAAYYYYYY more cases than they can competently handle, because they can’t resist the money.
Nothing is more frustrating for a client when his lawyer won’t return phone calls, I only call my lawyer about once every 2 weeks, takes 2 friggin days to return my phone calls. It’s almost as if I have to remind him I’m still here. I realize lawyer have to deal with the scum of the earth but there still is such a thing as customer service. I will not be rehiring nor recommending my current lawyer to anyone basically because he took my money and then started goofing off. when I discuss my problems with the lawyer, he have NO common sense OR knowledge of what going on with my case. My lawyer is lost??? My lawyer do not have reasonable answers to my questions??? it seems like he is struggling to answer most of my questions, and does not seem to know what is going on.
