Avoid. I brought a 1600 engine to these guys to have it rebuilt. They mis-​diagnosed it as a still-​healthy engine and charged me $ 850 dollars to put it together. It leaked oil out of cracks in the engine block immediately upon running. John offered to build me another one, and charge me to do it. I’ve since spoken to others who’ve had to take the owner to court. Their shop is filthy and their work reflects that. There are definitely better places out there to take your car to.

We’ve had multiple VWs serviced here for multiple reasons. They’ve always been honest and up front. They are very reasonably priced and very thorough. I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

Meh. They offer many over priced VW and Audi parts, they have a pick and pull full of rusted cars and offer auto repairs. John seemed like a very sweet person but some of the other people working here seemed to be exceptionally rude and inexperienced with VW’s. They made the wrong suggestions for repairs and sold us the wrong parts for WAY too much money. I feel blessed to have found a better shop, Volkspart another nearby VW and audi repair in Westmoreland, NH.
