Jenny Craig Weight Loss Program

My daughter is getting married this summer. Thus, I wanted to shed some pounds, not a lot but enough that I needed some help. I joined Jenny online because I didn’t want to go back to the center. I had gone to the Westminster center a year+ ago and the plan worked fine, but I never formed a connection with the consultant and I had to make myself go in to weigh. This time, I did the online thing for a couple of months and decided to «get over myself» and quit paying the shipping charges and go to the center. It was the best thing I could have done. I met Amalia. She is the best. I look forward to going in each week and facing the scale. We are a team and Amalia is the coach. She listens to me, offers advice, and is very positive. She knows how to connect with people and in a weight loss situation, that is very important. None of us really want to be on a diet!
The Jenny diet works for me. The food tastes good and it is an easy way to go. Amalia is the icing on the cake, so to speak. I couldn’t do it without her. Kudos to Amalia at the Westminster Jenny. She makes weight loss a pleasure!

I realize that by writing a review, I’m outting myself as a participant, but so be it. I’ve been attending this Jenny Craig location for closing in on four months now. By the way, I can’t bring myself to refer to it as a «centre.» I don’t know what’s up with the spelling. It’s weird. Anyway.
The place is always very clean. The staff is very friendly and prompt. They have four women and one guy who work there, and they’re all approachable. You get follow up calls for all of your appointments, and oftentimes during the week you’ll get a call just to see how you’re doing. Oh, and the parking there is a breeze. Never, ever an issue with the parking.
It’s not all about the food, I swear. They take a really thorough approach to weight loss that goes way beyond a vast array of microwaveable meals. Although, I will say this: A good majority of those meals are honestly tasty; you’d be surprised.
My weekly meetings are always one-​on-​one, and they have no problem with me bringing my daughter to the appointments. I’m usually in and out of there in about thirty minutes. I rarely, if ever, have to wait to be seen.
I’ve done Weight Watchers more times than I can count. I’ve done Slim4Life. I’ve told myself I’m just going to eat healthier and exercise more and do it on my own. I’ve had a personal trainer. Maybe it’s just the timing, but I really feel like this approach is the right one for me.
I’m averaging about six pounds a month weight loss, which is just fine for me. Puts me on target to hit my goal somewhere between 10 – 11 months, which is great, too, because I bought a year membership up front. One of the best investments I’ve made in a long, long time.
