They are so nice here! They help me with anything and everything I need! I work overnights and have a very rough schedule and they work with me and it’s always no problem. I enjoy getting the treatments and my nurses are always awesome!

Love this place. The ladies are always so nice and professional. Quick and easy, in and out in no time. I’m in the process of have three areas treated for laser hair removal and I’ve been very satisfied so far. Can wait for these to be done so I can start another area.

I went here from 2013 to 2014. Beware that their BOGO promos are marked up then cut down. These treatments are overly expensive. I paid $ 3500 for full bikini and underarms. Fyi it was PAINFUL from treatment 2 to 8 out of 9. I didn’t have any issues as far as getting convenient appointments and everyone was nice. As far as results, I haven’t been back for touch ups (over $ 100 for bikini and $ 80 for underarms). Underarm hair still needs shaved about twice a week and bikini is growing back very fine and no more ingrowns. Overall im Pretty happy with my treatments but there has to be a better alternative/​less expensive place.

I am on my 5th laser hair treatment and it’s amazing. I have had a wonderful excellence at ideal image and the results are outstanding. Any future cosmetic treatments I want I will definitely do at ideal image

Everyone is very friendly and helpful! :) :) :) I started laser a little over a year ago and 99% of my hair is gone, except the blond ones. I am very happy with the hair removal. It would be nice to have consistent staff, I think I only got the same person two times and I think my experience would have been better if I had the same person taking care of me. The price is pretty high, so I can’t afford more area’s right now :(

It was a big decision for me to actually get laser hair removal. I went into ideal image and they were great but they are extremely over priced. I kinda regret going there because I paid $ 700 for a tiny area. If I would’ve went anywhere else I would have paid about 75% less. Such a rip off. Take your money else where and get the same service and quality for less. I’m kicking myself because I should’ve done my research before spending that much money. Definitely feeling ripped off. Hair free but totally taken advantage of. Where do they get off charging ridiculous prices?!

Love the customer service here! They always make me feel comfortable through the treatment. They also have amazing lotions called Bliss Body Butter. Comes in grapefruit and lemon sage, both are amazing.
