Great Moments

Every time I shop here I am blown away by the excellent customer service! For starters, I am always greeted with a smile and asked if i need help finding anything. After Ray Lewis announced his retirement, I came in to buy an autographed photo– there was only one left and it just had a basic mat on it. Without ever asking or even mentioning the mat, the sales associate offered to change it out to a much nicer one (for no extra cost)!! Yesterday I stopped in on my lunch break knowing exactly what I was looking for– 2 larger pictures. When I pulled the first one and continued to shop, the sales associate right away asked if he could hold it for me at the counter (which was a big help). When I pulled the second picture, he offered to wrap it for me without me needing to ask. After I paid, he suggested I pull my car up to load them and then carried them outside and put them in the trunk for me! It’s not like I spent a ton of money (less than $ 80) and I wasn’t the only customer in the store — they just have top-​notch customer service! They are doing everything right here, because I always go here first since the service is so good!
