Very nice spot on Main Street! The owner is very nice and accommodating and the products are all top notch. We have used the catering services a few times and the food has always been delicious. They make a great Italian green salad, chicken parm, and tortellini salad! If you want a dinner for a small group and don’t have time to cook, it’s the best! In addition, the fresh cold cuts, cheeses, and frozen items are yummy as well! The very best thing is their sandwiches! Wish this place was open later so I could get the subs more often but they are amazing! Nice place and we are lucky to have it in Westminster!

Fantastic Italian sub, sausage peppers on point. If you are looking for an authentic Italian deli sandwich, look no further. Could use a wipe down, but the important part is the food.

Pit beef (seasonal — check the website) is Ah-​Maze-​Ing!!! He carries really great international prosciutto, cheeses, etc. Prices are what you’ll pay elsewhere. Bill is a great guy — friendly, a foodie, loves his business & customers. While we work elsewhere & live in Westminster, we visit as often as we can. Never tried his sandwiches or other foods, but his deli goods are top-​notch. Definitely a go-​to if you’re in the area!

This place is amazing. The food is incredibly delicious, and the staff are very friendly. And to boot, it has a great hometown deli atmosphere. It’s great having people who really care make your food. Try everything, especially their Italian cold cut and their canoli.
It’s the best part of Westminster in my opinion. They do outdoor cookouts, change their menu regularly, and have the best live music in town. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Just go check it out.

Best Italian deli I have ever experienced. You can’t go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu. Billy’s chicken salad is the best I have ever had. We frequently get the pre-​made spaghetti and meatballs dinner from here. Always a hit with the family. Staff is very personable and efficient. Give Guillianova a try. You will not be disappointed.

Little Italy meets Westminster (CarrollCo) with this spot. Billy’s deli is top shelf. Mamas chicken salad is great. My go to is his Italian Subs «all the way». Hands down the best Italian sub in Carroll. Lots of other choices here like Instructional Dinner classes for date night, cannoli, meatballs, imported meats, olive oils the list goes on. Get your ITA fix here. Quote me!

Cutest little Italian spot I have seen in a long time! Imported Italian groceries, cheeses, meats. I could have spent all day in there.
As it was, I just stopped in to get a bite to eat on my way out of town. The owner was very nice and hooked me up with prosciutto, mozz & balsamic on a half hoagie roll for just $ 5. You don’t get prosciutto anything for just $ 5! That’s awesome– I expected it to be pricier. This place is the real deal! If only Westminster wasn’t so far out of the way of everything!

We get lunch here frequently and everyone in our office loves Bill’s subs. This is one of the few places in Maryland that you can get such quality food for under $ 10. Keep up the great work Bill!

Carroll’s Best Deli according to Carroll’s Best magazine. I would agree. I like the fact they have access from a parking lot and main street. They do a lot of different things too– pit beef, crab soups, italian dishes to take home and cook yourself, deli sandwiches.
The deli meet is very fresh and good. My only real problem is that the person preparing my sandwich did not wear gloves. I assume his hands were clean, but I would have really liked to see them wearing gloves.
Also, I got a hot pastrami sandwich and it was put in microwave instead of on a cooktop.
