Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Dont go to this place horrible customer service and liar people. I rented a car last 3 – 4 months and i told them that i gonna use my own insurance for this car the they mark in the application that i will use their insurance when they got my signature. I just realized when i got my credit bill come home almost 400 $ for their insurance == serious 400 $ for 10 days? I came to talk with the staff that i didnt mark on use their insurance but they told me they dont know who helping me to rent that car ??? Serious again every store have staff name record for every single person but this one no… While you work at pizza, restaurant or any thing you can see the staff name but this one no staff name on receipt and no staff name on their uniform … And i lost my 400 $ for a stupid place just for insurance not include rental price

I called ahead of time to see if they had any smaller cars and they reported they had several options available. I arrived and told them I wanted to switch my existing rental, a F-​150, to a small car and they them said they didn’t have any cars available. I told them I called earlier and that they said they had cars. The girl claimed that I must have spoken to a call center. I didn’t want to deal with the F-​150 any longer so I returned the F-​150 to them and took Lyft back to work. I won’t be using Enterprise in the future. I will stick with Avis or National.

I was very happy with my experience at this Enterprise. It is located directly next to Honda World in Westminster.
I came to Honda World to get a new tire because there was a nail in it. Sigh. But Honda World did not have my tire in stock and would not be able to get it until the following day. They sent me over to Enterprise, which was walking distance, and took care of my rental car for me.
Once I got to Enterprise, Tyler helped me with everything. He was super nice and accommodating. First, they did not have any cars in stock, so Tyler drove me to another location to get a car. All they had were cargo vans and I didn’t feel comfortable driving that. I felt really bad, but Tyler was super nice about it. When we got back to Enterprise, there were more cars and I got to rent a beautiful white jeep. I didn’t want to give it back.
I was originally bummed that I was not going to be able to leave with my car but I was so happy with everything. I received amazing service at Enterprise and I received exceptional service at Honda World Westminster.

Been here a couple of times always happy of what we got including the rates, me and my husband always comes here, we also recommend all ourFamily bc they are the best in customer service, if we are not happy with our rental they upgraded us for the same rate, without trying to bring up our rate !!! That’s what i like about them, they obviously treat u Family, and trust me i have been to other enterprise rental location, they aren’t not the same !!!

This review is for last June 2015. We reserved a car that we needed for a wedding thru another H company competitor. When we went to pick it up it was not the car, not the rate, not at the location, all wrong. They truly did not have the car they confirmed was reserved. We remembered renting at this Enterprise location years before, and also remembered it as a good experience. So we called Rachel B. at this Enterprise. Within 2 hours she found us a beautiful big car, at a very good rate, and got it brought here. Overall much better car and rate than the other company. Rachel was professional and courteous, even when it got busy. Thanks to her the wedding trip went smoothly.

I was suppose to return my car today and called Enterprise in Honda World to let them know when I realize that I would need a car this weekend for Palm Springs. I got a hold of Andy and he was definitely understanding and gave me the weekend special which is $ 17.99 per day!!! I was so PSYCHE! I am so glad and happy that I did not have to bring the car back today and just keep it for two days until Monday comes to return it. I love you guys ;)) Keep up with the great work. I know it must be just what enterprise offers but it is so convenient for me to just have that deal over the phone. Thanks Enterprise! ;))

This place is rediculous, my mother went to rent something while her car was in the shop and she was with another employee checking out the car when she heard him tell her not to giver her the car because it’s HIS car. The car that he uses to drive home everyday. Why is this vehicle available to rent if it’s his car? She rented the car anyway and when she was leaving he ran after and knocked on the window and asked her to roll the window down so he can tell her that she HAS to return the car to this enterprise because it’s HIS car. She informed him that it was more convenient for her to return it at an enterprise close to the dealership. He told me when I confronted him about this he said that he told her that because if she didn’t he would have to charge her a fee, I asked the manager about that and that was total bullshit. He has no right to treat customers this way and that was uncalled for and unprofessional. This Duc person needs to learn some respect and maybe not interact with customers.

We came to this place Sunday afternoon to pick up a car and everything seemed to go alright until we tried to return it and going through hell would have been easier. First of all this place is ‘open’ for ‘sales’ after 6 but couldn’t take our car back when we tried to return it. So we had to drive from the HB place all the way over to the airport in Long Beach and waited by the airport for a solid half an hour in line. This place. SUCKS

FOR Worst customer service EVER. We went to get our rental car that is paid 4 by AAA auto insurance but we have to pay 100.00 deposit!
OK couldn’t you tell us that 1 hour ago when you called us to tell us our car was ready 4 pick up??? NO WORTHLESS waited until we were able to make it 5 minutes till close!!!
WTH I don’t carry my credit card on me so I don’t USE it!!! It’s 4 emergencies only sheesh so we have to wait till tomorrow! OMG UNREAL
OH and get this So I said tomorrow can you pick me up so I don’t have to wait for my husband to get off work? WORTHLESS SAID THEY DON’T PICK UP AT THIS LOCATION. What a lie! We went to Arizona last November the nice woman that USE TO WORK THERE came to my home and picked me up! That was not a dream I have the receipt from the car rental to prove it! AND I called the 800# it says Enterprise the company that PICKS YOU UP. WHAT A CROCK OF HORSE MANURE!!! Hmmmm false advertisement And AAA got us a Hurtz rental with 0 down so there Enterprise you just lost my business going forward!

It was around Friday noon during this past holiday day weekend when I was desperately looking for a rental car to head to vegas that same day. After calling numerous places, the rental places were either out of cars or would have charged a little too much than I would have liked. However, after making a call to this store, the girl notified me that they had a couple cars available! I went straight to their store and was greeted by a guy (can’t recall his name but he was big, tall, and asian?) who was very helpful. It was our first time ever renting a car and he was extremely accommodating and explained everything thoroughly to me and my boyfriend and even gave us a discount on the car! Within 20 min we were ready to set off on our Vegas trip!
This place would have been a solid 4 stars but the guy who helped us out definitely pushed this place to 5 stars. Why? We were supposed to return the car by Monday yesterday before they closed but after having a little too much fun in sin city, we left later than intended and didn’t make it back in time before they closed. Clearly our fault for not waking up on time… So we went back today to return the car expecting to pay the late fees but the same guy was there and didn’t charge us at all for turning in the car a day late! He definitely made our first car rental experience the best.

If I could give a zero i would. Duc Nguyen promised me a certain car and lied. They offered me a different car when I got here. Don’t come here.

This is best location in central OC area. Always on time with pick ups and without hesitation always offers a ride back. They have always been very accommodating with my needs and upgrades are AWESOME! Everyone is totally Awesome! Great Customer Care.

Evan is insensitive and needs to learn the true meaning of customer service support and another word besides no…
Evan was unable to use my husband’s credit card to leave a deposit because the card isn’t under my name. Global Collision was kind enough to work something out with Enterprise and left the deposit for me. Again Evan was refusing. I called Global Collision and Erik the owner spoke with Evan. Erik notified Evan that he was at the office the day before and set this up with someone at the Enterprise office.
I was able to get a rental but was given a dirty car. The car smell is a mixed dirt and car freshener. The interior is sticky and stained with coffee and make-​up.
The only nice thing Evan did was ask another employee to do the car inspection with me.

My experience started of really bad and ended up ok… I rented the vehicle I needed 2 weeks in advance… I had to make a quick trip to San Diego and my piece of crap Sebring would not have made it there and back with all its issues… So I reserved an economy car just cause it was a 2hr trip… I walked from work that day «25 min walk» to get there to pick up my rental… they then told me I could not have the car because I had a Debit card, not a credit card… «I’ve NEVER had an issue renting a car before, but then again I had only rented from Thrifty and Avis» Then they said they could take a debit card if Im local… which I am… «I live less than 2 miles away»… BUT… since my DL still had my Anaheim address «6 miles away» I was told no. «I had the card the dmv gave me with my new address on it until my DL expires» but they would not accept that unless I had at least 3 proof of address «ie, bills, etc» well my roommate owns the home I live in so all the bills are in his name… I FINALLY produced the documents they wanted … but didn’t want to drive back to work to walk another 25 mins one way to get there… had to wait over an hour for someone from Enterprise to come pick me up… already 2 hours late for my original departure time to get to SD… I got there and they had no economy cars so they were going to give me a free upgrade to a Toyota Corolla… I asked if they had anything better for an upgrade fee… I ended up paying $ 25 for an upgrade to a VW Jetta… which I thought was a good price for German Engineering… and would have been… IF the power outlets in the car worked… or if the AC worked … Or if the car didn’t smell like it was burning the whole way… «all 3 things I didn’t notice until I was passing Irvine and there was no way I was turning around… so I made it to SD with no GPS, A dead Phone and Hot muggy air blowing through the vents… the saving grace here is the customer service and the way I was treated AFTER the original person I came in contact with… I can’t remember names. but everyone except for the first guy who made me feel like I was a lower form of life for choosing not to have credit cards in my life, were all very cool and helpful… and also… Im going to Vegas in Jan… and I found out they rent Hyundai Santa Fe’s … which is the car Im dead set on buying next summer and I’ll get to try it out first… :0)

I would give then six stars if I could!
Dale (I think his name was Dale), told me he’s a new employee and was a great driver taking me to and from my mechanic in HB. Safe, smart, and very personable.
Tony, who I believe is the manager, gave me a great rate and even waived the «Young Driver» fee. He was so accommodating and really helped me get an affordable rate. He answered all of my questions diligently and professionally.
Two HUGE thumbs up. Would recommend to anyone wanting to rent a car.

It’s an Enterprise. I got offered a free rental from Toyota because my car was in the shop for a few days. Turns out it’s not completely free. Still had to pay some daily coverage. Not Enterprise’s fault, I blame Toyota. People who worked behind the counter are pretty friendly.

This place SUCKS! Only because of «Max» the guy who works at the desk. The poor girl that has to work with him! He just ordered her around while he answered the phone and spoke to customers rudely. Apparently Max is leaving soon (we overheard him say so). This Max guy is SO full of self-​importance! He has such a bad attitude. We overheard him uttering under his breath about a customer on the phone; bad mouthing another person in front of us! He never told me how to operate the weird looking keys on the rental; and told me as I was about to drive off that the car I owned was better than the rental (in other words, the rental was crap). It was. I drove it 5 miles to another enterprise and exchanged the car for a different one. The staff at the fountain valley enterprise was 100% better! Friendly and helpful. Not Westminster enterprise. Avoid this location.

Location is very well staffed and has very quick customer service that gets you in and out in a matter of minutes. Located in a interesting plaza but a very convenient area.

Nice staff, picked me up on time during the lunch hour, quick process overall, the car was very clean and overall a well run location. They also had a nice weekly rate, which ended up being a nice extension.
They also are the primary Enterprise to offer pick up to the best mechanic nearby, Import Auto Repair — HB.

I love how someone rated this with a TWO star just because they don’t fill up their tanks.
It makes perfect business sense to me. They don’t charge you for gas and you don’t owe them a lot when you bring the car back. I mean, they ask you to bring the car back with the same amount of gas that you left with? So that would mean if they filled it up for you for $ 40 for a subcompact, you’re bringing back the subcompact with your rental fee PLUS the $ 40 worth of gas. Personally, I don’t wanna fill up a car before I give it back. But that’s just me!
Anyway, these guys deserve a special shout out for their great work. I came here frustrated from Elmore Toyota — which is another review entirely. Jason welcomed me, asked me how I’m doing, and looked at my paperwork. He explained to me the process and showed me which rental I can take. I chose a 2012 Yaris over a Focus since I’m already familiar with the Yaris. He also explained to me the insurance process, looking at the numbers I would be better off taking their offer of $ 8.99 per day to insure the car than go through my insurance. If you have full liability coverage, you don’t have to pay extra. Just know that if something happens to the car, you’ll be processing your claim through your own insurance.
So I drove away with a car and one morning, I pull up to work and saw roaches coming out of the air vents. At this point, you’d think I would give them a ONE star review. Nope, a quick call to their office solved the issue. I spoke with Adam and he offered me an upgrade if I drive the car back to them. Umm, yes please. But before you misinterpret, the FOUR stars is not for the upgrade, it’s for their excellent customer service. The exchange was quick and I got to drive a Mazda 6. What a fun car to drive!
