I don’t often leave reviews unless they show exemplary service or quality. This is one of the instances where that is the case. My family had ductless air conditioning systems installed throughout our home. They came in a team of 4 – 5 technicians which were not only polite, but professional as well (it’s not usually the case when dealing with Vietnamese contractors/​servicers). Two weeks after everything was installed, my unit had an error code. I reached out to them, and they were able to send someone out within a few days; they were pretty busy as OC had been in a heat wave for the past week. Although he was not able to fix the issue right away, he had figured out that it was due to a faulty circuit board and that he had to get it warrantied through the manufacturer. He then came back a few days later (it was labor day weekend, and the manufacturer was closed). He showed up at night with a new circuit board, which ended up being the incorrect board (manufacturer sent the wrong part), but felt terrible that he was not able to fix the unit as I had been waiting about a week and a new 100+ degree heat wave was starting to kick up again. He showed up the next morning, bright and early to finish the job. My unit is blowing ice cold again. Although in my unique case, I was unfortunate enough to have the one unit out of 100 that was defective, and had to wait during a national holiday weekend to get everything sorted out, I would still give this company a 5 star rating. D-​air cares about their customers. I will and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for air conditioning services

Good costumer service. Installation team was fast. They have the equipment and materials at their store and a display of exactly what you are getting. I got a Trane unit with 10 years warranty and it’s super quiet. The price was cheaper than other contractors. I would recommend them to people I know!
