This place is okay. It’s not quite as good as Yogurtland, but it’s still decent. I tried the peanutbutter cup swirl, the red velvet chocolate cake swirl, the ultimate cheesecake. I liked how the label what the swirl flavors are supposed to be. It made me want to try them. Nothing stood out as spectacular. I still like the green tea Yogurtland and Cheesecake Yogurtland flavors best. There were some interesting topping choices, but the ones that look like puffed rice covered with yogurt or white chocolate was a bit stale.

Average frozen yogurt, with WAAAAAY below average service. Every time I’ve gone in there, the girls are rude and far too snobby. Only went the because I wanted a frozen treat and they were near by. They’re also more expensive than any other yogurt place!

Worst frozen yogurt ever. Came in and tried 3 samples. All 3 were horrible — texture and taste! Left without buying anything.

I would give this place 1 star but the customer service experience I had here was pretty okay so +1 more. —– Oh Cups, for over priced yogurt you would think this was the best yogurt in the world but sadly it’s not. I would rather drive a couple of more miles to get pink berry and yogurtland on edinger! but but but… Unfortunately this review isn’t about their yogurt(but thought you guys should still know anyway)… This review is for their new«coffee twisters.» My boyfriend and I came here and got the caramel macchiato twister and boy was it DISGUSTING! I guess if you’re a die hard caramel fan then you would love it but it literally tasted like frozen hard to drink too flippin sweet caramel! I don’t know how anyone would drink this and not get a stomach ache. We saw her make the drink and she put four(big) pumps of ghiradelli caramel! Like damn – we are not trying to get diabetes !!! We drank two sips and threw it away! Would have came back for a refund but we already drove away. :/ Not coming back. ever

this place is in the weirdest location in the mall, but I went because I had a giant froyo craving and I was already there. Its SUPER loud in there, which is fine for me, but weird for a frozen yogurt shop. They have a ton of flavors, but since I prefer a boring life, I just chose vanilla which was actually pretty good. I’m a diehard yogurt land lover, so I’m always comparing. They have a lot of toppings, but I opted for strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and some gummy bears. Fruit was fresh, gummy bears weren’t hard and stale. I would come back if I was in the mall, but I don’t know, it’s just a weird vibe in there, and the girls working there aren’t the friendliest.

Overpriced I came here with my mom after a day of shopping. I got peanut butter, coconut, and coffee. Some of the texture was a little runny, some weren’t. All flavors were strong in flavor. They were good. For toppings, they had your basic topics that most fro yo places have. They even had popping boba balls. However, they have a separate candy area which is priced differently and you have to bag. I am a frequent frozen yogurt eater and I know my fro yo pricing. The frozen yogurt was expensive compared to other frozen yogurt shops. I also didn’t like the idea of different priced candy. For literally no service I think the price is too high. Plus, right by the food court there are plenty other options for treats. Even with their pathetic buy 9 and get 1 free card deal, I can’t imagine this shop surviving.

Having a frozen yogurt joint in Westminster mall was probably one of the greatest ideas for this mall. Where they fell short was quality and service. The yogurt here was probably the WORST I’ve ever experienced. The toppings were frozen solid and the yogurt was runny and had the consistency of condensed milk. The yogurt was too sweet and melted way too fast. We had gotten our yogurt when it was a decently cool day, too! The consistency of the yogurt makes me think that they may have used the same sweetener as that one yogurt place that uses Splenda as a sweetener. Just gross. Sadly, I believe that Cups will shut down soon.

Strange location for an overpriced yogurt shop. Basically, you get a paper cup, fill in the yogurt yourself, put on the toppings yourself and pay for a product in which you get no service yet you pay for it with the expensive weight pricing. For these prices, they should do all the work, not you.

Umm, am I the only one who kept reading articles about the controversy this place had prior to opening? This was painted to be the Hooters of frozen yogurt… with the play on «cups» being their hook, line & sinker. I’ve passed this place & none ofvthe workers are Hooters-esque…in both physical appearance & customer service. Seriously, them gals know how to work it gor their tips. Anywho, I digress. The pomegranate sorbet was a tad sweet for my taste. The apple pie was über fake & reminded me of the apple pie gum. The only flavours I liked was the strawberry-banana mixed with the euro tart. It was the most natural tasting & not too sweet. Major downside: both yogurt & sorbet were very runny & did not even hold the«star» piping when it came out. Major points: $ 5 loose candy in bulks. Giant Haribo cola gummis!

My second time and really like the creaminess of their yogurt. Only request — need more mochi please!

the location is really weird, tucked in the corner upstairs across from the food court. the theme is super cute… but for a dessert place, it’s definitely not for the kids… as long as they’re not smart enough to get some of the sexual innuendos. it has a youthful vibe with loungy seating and music blaring through their ridiculous amount of speakers in such a small space. a good variety of 18 flavors all paired well together(unlike some places that have super gross mixes). i do like that they have a good variety of sorbets(including chocolate) and you can also choose to do a blended shake. the toppings were plentiful and fresh with the usual fruits, nuts and candies. nothing really stood out for me though. the price is ridiculous at 49 cents an ounce, but i guess with its trendy, clubby theme inside a mall, they have to pay the rent somehow.

I’m not a huge yogurt fan but wife and kids really like it so we gave it a try. The folks were very nice. We were greeted upon entering and we immediately were given free sample cups. This place is self-serve unlike Pinkberry. My favorite flavor is the coconut. They have all the fruits, nuts, and candy you would want for toppings. I usually have to drive out of the way to go to Cherry On Top but this is our new spot.
