I’ve had wings all over the place in the Front Range and so far these are some of the best. I don’t want to go into too many details, but there’s always going to be haters that don’t understand star ratings or give reviews in any sort of organized fashion. Just give it a try yourself. If you like it, awesome. If not, there’s plenty of other wing fishies in the sea of restaurants around Denver.

I really had high hopes because I kept reading how great this place was and they are close to me so win-win right? Well not exactly, I liked that I told them to cook the wings extra and they did but really the sauce didn’t wow me. I read in the other reviews that people thought it was basically red hot sauce, I have to agree. Pretty dull and not anything worth remembering, and with the price tag I feel like I would have been happier some where else. I do have to include, that I ordered extra ranch and blue cheese, not included with order when we picked it up. I did order a side of onion rings which were really good but overall it was let down. Disappointing as I would like to support local business and stay away from large corporate chains.

Good, small almost passed it up. Good variety and not too slow service. I would certainly stop by again if in the neighborhood but wouldn’t go out of my way, if not.

Man I love places wings and been going here for a couple years now but am a little frustrated with there random policy changes. When I first coming here, they never used to charge for extra ranch or blue cheese. Then awhile back suddenly they started too and said this was always the policy. Then today I called in a order and was getting there combo. Normally I am able to order different sauces long as it is in groups of 5. Today they said I could only order 2 sauces for the 20 wings I ordered. Then I said was this cause of the special, could I just order normally… got a «No it’s a game day». Well I eat here on a normal basis normally twice a week and have never had this issue. Been here on Sundays before, never had this problem. To bat normally when I get thesettled weird policy/rule changes it is when a certain employee is working. You guys need to get figured out as its not good for business and if it continues you might loose a loyal customer. I love your food but honestly this is really frustrating. Jon

Love the wings and service. Great atmosphere, very welcoming. Owners are very friendly. I can honestly say CD’s is the only place I will it bone in wings. Love the Cajun wings.

Been here a few times when visiting friends, it’s not a bad place for a little hole in the wall. Good food, rude workers, worst than people from new york. Need to learn people skills here and stop acting all cocky. Other than the staff the food is pretty good. You should give it a try.

When they say hot sauce, it means hot. And that’s what I want. If I order the extra-ultra-mega-super hot, and I’m not even sweating by the end of it, I’m not happy. This stuff will make you sweat. The wings are done well and crispy, and the heat with them just does it. (So, wait. Erm, Todd, you have one star at the top here. Do you not know how to use your mouse?) Unfortunately, I won’t be back anyway. I generally went here about once a week for the lunch special, not a bad deal. At one point, I was in the mood for something different, and asked to get the fried mushrooms rather than just the fries. «Nope, we don’t do that.» Oh, well, I’ll pay the difference between the two. Nope, can’t do that. Well… alright, I need to get back to work before a meeting, not worth fighting right now. I’ll take it with the fries and be on my way. Called up the manager later, sure there was some kind of mistake. Nope. «We just don’t do that». Alright then. I just don’t come back. Unless your customer’s request is off the wall unreasonable, and especially when they’re willing to pay the difference, you don’t say«no». Good food can’t ever make up for deliberately indifferent service.

Great food! When you walk in you are greeted right away. the food is a little expensive but worth every penny. I love there spicy teriyaki wings and fried mushrooms. A other plus is there is always hockey on the tv.

I’ve been to CD’s a few times now over the course of 3 years or so, and I always leave feeling disappointed. I know I know, oh so many awesome reviews, but we’re all entitled to our own opinions, right? For me the disappointment comes down to the sauce flavors. I’ve tried at least 3 of their buffalo style sauces, their Unlce Nasty’s Sauce, spicy BBQ, spicy teriyaki, and spicy garlic, and I have yet to fall in love with any of them. They’re all ok, bordering on no thank you. I have no idea what it is about them, I just don’t like the flavor. The buffalo style sauces seem to be missing something, the Spicy BBQ has a odd aftertaste, the spicy teriyaki has TOO much of a soy flavor, and the spicy garlic is just one of their buffalo sauces mixed with extra garlic maybe? Also, this place is a bit on the pricey side. I got their Wed Special today which is 30 wings for $ 21 and left paying about $ 26. I asked for 3 different flavors(if you want more than 1 flavor they charge you $ 0.75 per extra flavor), extra crunchy, and saucy. The wings came swiiiiiimming in sauce, which was fine, except I got them to go and the they were not packages very well, so sauce absolutely everywhere, all over the containers and leaking through the bag. Luckily they double bagged my order so it didn’t get ugly until I opened the inside bag. Also I only got 1 small container of blue cheese for 30 wings. Come on guys… The wings themselves came extra crispy, just as asked for, so that was good. They do have a new sauce flavor I may try… something about a Samurai… I like supporting local small businesses, so I really wanted to like this place, but I just can’t find a sauce flavor I like! If you can fall for one of their sauces, I say try it, otherwise, keep stepping.

whenever I get the hankering for some wings, this is the first spot that comes to mind. The wings are a great portion and SMOOTHERED in sauce. A lunch portion comes with 8 wings, waffle fries, a fountain drink, celery and carrots and ranch or blue cheese dressing, all for 10 bucks. It’s a small little dine in establishment or you can get your food to go, but the staff is very friendly and one of the cooks even resembles a young Peter Forsberg. All the flavors of wings I have tried are delicious and the sides are pretty excellent as well. I’d recommend trying the macaroni bites as they are AMAZEBALLS!

Best wings in town. I sincerely love and adore the hot garlic wings. I used to eat Buffalo Wild Wings every week on Tuesdays for years, and now I never want to eat there again. Go CDs!

Very VERYGOOD! Tried this place after spotting it a few days ago while driving by. Much closer to us than Kickin Wings so more convenient. We tried the spicy BBQ, Cajun, and Hot Garlic. I’m not one for spicy foods but usually when I request a milder spicy flavor it’s not too hot. Oh my geesh these were spicy! Even my husband who loves spicy food was feeling the heat. But still, the flavor was spot on. We will definitely be back!!!

We got 20 medium wings to go and waffle fries. The flavor was very good, chicken was moist. And I loved that they bagged up celery and carrots with ranch. My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough sauce, but I’m sure if we had asked for them extra wet they would have put more :-) awesome Denver sports mural on the wall too! Love family owned places too, will be returning!

I’m extremely happy with this location. Not only are all of the individual menu items delicious by themselves — put together in a meal, they are a blast! The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is the pricing. It hurts the wallet a little bit, but I suppose they’re not any pricier the Buffalo Wild Wings. General Pros: –Wings are delivered far faster than BWW. If you’re hungry, you get your food fairly quickly. –The wings are cooked to perfection and the sauces are new and original for awesome flavors. General Cons: –I’ve had a few times where they forgot an item in my order. Of course, I can go back and tell them and they’ll give it to me, but it’d be nice if they didn’t forget it the first time. –Once again, it hurts the wallet. Unless you do the meal deal, it’s almost $ 1 per wing essentially. –Place is small, and it’s in kind of a hard-to-find location. You won’t see it unless you’re driving north on Wadsworth. I struggled to find it the first time going west on 92nd. Sides: Waffle fries are hot, fresh, and tasty. Their jalapeño poppers are meh, but who goes to a wing joint to eat poppers? Also, their chicken nuggets and chicken strips are surprisingly really good. You’d think it’d be just like strips and nuggets at any other fast food place, but they’re actually quite delicious. Give ‘em a try. The onion rings are alright, but I have a specific preference when it comes to onion rings, so they might be delicious to everyone else. Wings: Absolutely delicious. Once again, the wings are cooked well — of all the times I’ve been there, not once have the wings been overcooked or undercooked. The wing sauces are to die for though. My favorite sauces by far are the Uncle Nasty’s House Sauce and the regular House Sauce. The regular House Sauce is pretty BBQ-esque, and it’s got an extra little tang in it for a delicious flavor. Plus, they’re not overly spicy. Uncle Nasty’s is similar, but less BBQ and more tang, and they’re pretty damn hot. I’m not joking — in the world of Asian food, there’s tons of spicy everywhere, so please take me seriously when I say that this sauce will leave you sniffling and heaving. One more honorable mention: N1LS. Spicier than Uncle Nasty’s. It was so delicious and hot coming in, but you’ll feel like you’re ejecting the contents of Hell the next day — I shit you not. Your intestines will be screaming, and it will actually be quite painful. But as long as you don’t eat it often, it’s so worth it.

Still the best shop in town. Their hottest sauce isnt just spicy, they are very flavorful if you are up for the challenge. Proceed with caution because they are very hot. Give the Spicy Samuri a try, they are comparible to Azn Zing at BWW only better.

You will find much better wings and prices down at Kickin’ Wings, as well as customer service! The supposed«owner» is very rude and unprofessional. We spent $ 40 on wings and were asked what sauce we wanted. Upon our surprise we got home and found 1 little sauce container for an order of 30 wings. We called back and were informed of the policy per the rude owner. Apparently the dipping sauce is for your mini ziplock of veggies. Yeah because people don’t use dipping sauce on their wings I guess! I have never heard of a place doing that. It’s just odd. Aside from that they charge an additional 75cents to have different sauces on your 30 wings. Which again is just odd. Nobody else would do that. Besides that the wings are just not all that good. The sauce is highly acidic/vinegary and no joke 90% oil. Thats absolutely terrible. They are pretty dry and the sauce doesn’t stick since its mainly all oil. Gross! I made the mistake of going to the wrong wing place thinking this was the place everyone wanted me to order from. Save your time and calories lol, this place isn’t worth either! And the owners attitude and disrespectful tone isn’t worth your time. Not cool. Go to Kickin’ Wings they do it right!

So I ve been meaning to check this place out for a while, word on the streets is the wings are to die for, and OMG were they right! Delicious! Usually I struggle with wings places because even the mild ones are too hot, or not hot but the flavor is compromised. Neither was the case here… thanks guys, and I’ll be back for sure!!!

20 wings plus fried mushroom for $ 22. We got the samurai wings which had some sweet heat to them– really good. Then, we got the uncle nasty’s house sauce which was knock your socks off hot! My mouth is still on fire! They are delicious though. I like my food super spicy so these hit the spot. The wings aren’t full of vinegar. They’re like a concoction of different spices that work in perfect harmony. The uncle nasty’s house sauce had a hint of BBQ. Fried mushrooms were ok, just your typical fried batter. This place is among my top places for wings. My favorite wings of all time though are from Woody’s pizza– honey habanero wings. My mouth just waters thinking about them. The cashier was friendly and service was fast. Your mouth will start to cool down after eating the uncle nasty’s in about six min, so you have to pace yourself. Wings were crunchy and the color of the sauces were on point! Im a happy camper.
