Woah, prices have been raised substantially! $ 9.00 for a bowl of «Green Chili Soup»? 17.00 for Tacos Al Pastor? It looked like at least $ 4.00 had been added to the price of every dish. We just can’t pay fine dining prices for 3 Margaritas food, and no one else should have to, either. It’s a Family Mexican Restaurant, so bring back the Family Mexican Prices, or risk losing your«regulars». I know we won’t be back. :(We can eat almost anywhere else in a 5-mile radius for cheaper!

The boyfriend and I went here on a Thursday night. It was nice and quiet, not too busy. The ladies at the front were very welcoming and friendly. Our waiter immediately came to take our drink order. He was very pleasant and efficient! Our drinks, chips & salsa, and dinner came out quickly and everything was delicious!!! We both left satisfied and very very full :)

This restaurant is pretty close to our house and has delicious food. They bring you a basket of chips and salsa soon as you sit down. I always have to try not to eat too many of these so I don’t fill up before my dinner comes out. No matter how busy they are the food always seems to come out pretty quickly. Overall this is one of our favorite places to get some Mexican food.

This is a small chain and the food definitely caters to a milder, less spicy palate. This isn’t to say it’s pure gringo Mexican. There are lots of happy satisfied Mexican families eating there when I go and here are my three favorite things about three margaritas: 1) incredibly fast service. My kids love this place and so do I because I know I’ll be out in 45 minutes. 2) mariachis on Sunday. It’s just nice and great for birthdays. 3) The Mexican trio. Also known as a bodybuilders dream meal. You get a nice juicy flattened chicken breast, a decent thin chunk of steak, and three huge shrimp wrapped in bacon. You get a grilled jalapeño as well, some pinto beans with crumbled queso fresco and rice. The kids love the carby sides and I gobble down the protein mostly but the beans are the bomb. Refried beans are great here too. Mexican hamburger? Yes please. Their burger patties are off the chain with that caramelization you find in a restaurant with a flat top(maillard reaction for the win). Traditionally I would always eat things like chile rellenos and tamales but the Mexican trio is my new thing and has been for months. I never really liked the rellenos much but those are hard to pull off sometimes. Seems like they always were a bit tough to slice through without destroying. The menu is huge and kid friendly. My kids eat the bean burrito but they have some gringo kid items too. I’ve had other seafood offerings and they are excellent. Lots of real authentic Mexican offerings from different states in Mexico, so when I say things are mild I’m really just saying the green chile(not a true Mexican food but Colorado gold) won’t burn your posterior the next day.

I went for their advertised special from a king sooper receipt. They said they won’t honor it. I asked for a discount or something and they said no. I told them I was irritated and felt manipulated. They said they didn’t care if I came back or not. You have other choices.

No more 3 Margaritas for me. They seem to screw up my order every time that it just becomes comical. I usually get a combo 1 Enchilada and 1SOFT taco. I always ask for green chili instead of the red sauce. * I get an enchilada with a TSP of green chili(most def not worth an $ 1 for it) and i get a crispy taco. This last time i went on 9−19−15 the chips we were served were stale and the salsa was bland. Then to top it off the rice i got with my combo was HARD and crunchy so tells me it was old and not fresh. So no more. I get better service for a better price at mom and pop places.

Should have just walked out when two young women began arguing on where we going to be seated. We finally got seated and after 10 – 15 minutes we flagged the manager down so we could finally order. Twenty five minutes later we get our food. This is how unsatisfactory the food and service was. My mother’s enchilada had spicy sauce(she has a sensitive stomach) her boyfriend had no green chile(he wanted his burrito smothered). After sending my mother’s burrito back she gets it back this time with guacamole on it(doesn’t like guacamole) but instead of sending it back once more she just picks it off. When our bill comes my mother’s boyfriend and I want togo cups I ask for a coke with no ice… of course I get ice. Ready to hear the worse part? After getting our bill we talk to the manager about what happened and he didn’t even take a whole meal off(which in my opinion my mother’s meal should have been taken off). All in all this was the WORSE dining experience I have ever had. P. S. The 3 Margaritas on 50th and Kipling has better service and food. Drive the extra mile.

My chicken salad came out with a piece of raw looking chicken. I sent it back. They only took that piece off and tried to reserve it. They were looking at me with disgust when I emphasized that it had to be totally remade. The next plate they bought out had very cool chicken on it as if they picked off the chicken from the previous plate. I don’t trust this location and will not return. Other 3 Margaritas seem to have a better attitude toward serving safe food.

We like 3 Margaritas. It so always consistent and the service is good. I love that they bring you free chips and salsa as soon as you sit down. I ordered the pollo fundido which I love. The seasoned chicken is moist and tender and then smothered with mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, spinach and cheese. The sides are their rice and beans which are great. My husband ordered the carne asada. He said it was good but the steak seemed smaller than usual. That also comes with rice and beans. I was trying to be good(haha) so I ordered a lemonade. Don’t go there! It is pink lemonade and tastes like a mix. My husband gets the house margarita on the rocks with salt. They are always consistent and good. They used to be bigger too. Lol Their tvs stink. They had on baseball, St Lois and someone else that doesn’t matter. While women’s World Cup soccer was on! Weird I’m not a soccer fan but that would have been more appropriate and interesting. We asked if they could change it and it didn’t happen while we were there. Oh well. Not a biggie– just odd. We are regulars at this 3 margaritas because it is consistent good Mexican food.

I just called to make a «to-go» order and was told they are not taking them because they are so busy. What the heck? Too busy for customers?! See ya later 3 Margaritas, I’m going to the next restaurant who has time to take my order.

Probably the worst Mexican I have had in a while. Not sure why both the beef and pork were not seasoned. Some chains are better than others but this one missed the mark.

Inexpensive food, quick service, friendly staff. Green chile is a hit or miss though. Sometimes its too spicy other times not enough flavor. Always a return customer

Cheese dip like velvita. egg in chorizo burrito. Wasn’t on menu as an ingredient. $ 3.00 for chips if I wanted chips to go with the cheesedip that I ordered that I couldn’t eat it all because they never gave me more chips. Not a fan.

Wasn’t that great this time around. I keep hoping for a slammin’ plate of some sort and with a buzz and a crappy burrito in my tummy. I wanted a burrito and given the size of the display photo on their menu, I thought I’d try it. It came out and was half the size of what was in the photo and instead of refried beans it had whole beans(it said it would have refried). A $ 3 burrito that cost me $ 10. Bleh. In addition, the coronaritas are huge, which is a plus, but not when you’re not familiar with the size drink they serve here. As we’re not new to the coronarita, and they’re generally served in a normal size margarita glass with a coronita inside, these ones were huge. The glass was large enough for 2 ppl to enjoy, however, our waitress did not advise of the size, maybe assuming we eat here all the time?!? Not sure, but a quick«by the way, this drink can be shared, it’s 32oz.» or something to that effect would have been nice. I drank half of mine, lightweight I know, and my DH drank allllll the rest.

I’m a vegetarian & this place is legit. Salsa was fresh & chips were served warm. Margaritas weren’t made with cheap triple sec or watered down. My partner in crime orders a chile relleno, pork taco and enchilada to judge a Mexican restaurant, he claims they all checked out. Great food and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The décor is everything I hoped for, reminds me of Casa Bonita! Booths that are floral couch material and piñatas galore! Will be back!

I am a firm believer, the gaudier the stuff hanging on the wall, the better the Margaritas. And this place, which is a converted Macaroni Grill, converted to a BBQ place converted, to a 3 Margaritas has had cases of cases of gaudiness spew on the walls… and on the ceilings. Wagon wheel fixtures and chandleries, parrots, brightly painted fish, booths the size of small rowboats, banners left up from last years football specials… so, I was expecting a margarita that would at least make my arms go numb. It didn’t happen… but the House Rita Grande($ 4.95) was quite tasty.(However, if you’re there around Happy Hour(3 – 6) the House Margs and draft beers are ½ price). I just need to rethink my gaudy vs good margarita scoring system, maybe I forgot to carry a one? However, the find on this particular night was the Shredded Beef Burrito($ 7.95) soaked in green chile and accompanied by 4 of the hottest roasted jalapeños on the side! Flame throwers. Yes!

Drinks are good and on the cheap side, therefore you should come to 3 Margaritas for drinks but not the food. My party attended for Cinco de Mayo, and the verdict, don’t expect authentic mexican food, rather expect a fun mariachi band and prompt service. The restaurant is very spacious but the night friends and I arrived customers were sparse. I was hoping a huge group of people to add to the festivities, but instead we got the typical service. I ordered the chicken culichi with«special green sause.» All I can say is that the sauce was insipid, but luckily I had a great margarita as my drink to accompany my not so stellar meal. Other dishes ordered include a fish fillet with«white sauce» that tasted pretty much like my green sauce and finally a carne sada dish with decent lemon sauce. Plate portions were huge and no one in my party was able to finish their dish, but none cared to have take home either. I’ll be back 3 margaritas for the drinks.
