This is one of the most disgusting and disappointing experiences I have ever had with a hotel. The man at the front desk has zero hospitality and zero people skills. I interrupted him watching tv when I checked in and he said maybe 5 words during the whole process. He then gave me bad info on how many entrances to the hotel there were and which was closest to our room. We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children and no attempt was made to prepare the sofa bed in the room to accommodate the number of quests staying(which would be acceptable if they could of at least put sufficient bedding in the room prior to our arrival). I had to go down to the front desk to get bedding. When we got to our room there was a dirty sock on the floor. The guy at the front desk came over with rubber gloves to retrieve it. We then got settled in and have since found sweet tarts(candy) scattered around the room. This made me look a bit closer at which point I found the box for the sweet tart candy and half a slice of pizza behind the nightstand. This room makes my skin crawl and I am not exactly sure how I am going to get a good night sleep when I am highly concerned about the staff’s complete and utter lack of cleanliness and care in preparing this room for our stay. This is simply not acceptable. UPDATE: 6 days later. I posted this review while laying in this hotel room. I also submitted it directly to the Extended Stay website. It has been 6 days with zero response from them. I also looked them up on Wikipedia to find that they previously filed bankruptcy and trade hands a few times. It would appear the current owner intends to run it into the ground and cash grab as much as possible without providing an appropriate level of service. I will never stay at an Extended Stay hotel again.

I have stayed at various different locations of extended stay America and all my stays were pleasant, but at this location I had a worst experience. They have the most unfriendly staff at the front desk. The toilet in my room was clogged and I went to the front desk to complain about it, he started saying there is nobody from the maintenance today and he gave me a plunger to do the maintenance myself. Does anybody treat the customer this way? Because of clogging there was water all over bathroom and the level of customer service I received for this was horrible. When I asked him to give me a different room he said he can’t give me one and asked me to use the public bathroom instead. Dear Manager, am I paying so much to use the public bathroom? Is this the level of customer service you provide? I know there will be a reply for this comment saying«I am sorry to hear about your problem, I apologise for that, I will make sure to train the staff well next time aope to see you next time». Never ever I will return back to this location, and I will never suggest anybody to visit this location.
