If you want to support our men and women in the military, you may want to take your business somewhere else.
They charged my wife more than they charged me for the same item. Women beware.

The manager called me back today to resolve the situation. They reviewed the security footage and was able to demonstrate that they were correct. I apologized. I’m pretty happy that they cared enough to do the follow up with me and will continue going back.

I’ve been a customer here for about 2 years. Friendly staff and a convenient location.
Everything was great until I picked up my clothes on April 17, 2014. Every week, same routine: I drop off and pick up about $ 115 of dry cleaning. This time, they pull my clothes out and it’s $ 27 — missing a significant amount of my work stuff they look in the computer and go through every piece of clothing in the store, but can’t find my stuff. They just didn’t care. I’m not looking for anything special, but a little more empathy for a loyal customer would have been nice. So be it, I’ll try another place.
So frustrating.

Hemmed a dress to perfect length!

The only positive of this cleaner is it’s location. Easy to drop off while picking up a Starbucks.
However that convenience costs in the end. The do a sub-​par job cleaning the clothes and have poor service.
On top of everything they are WAY overpriced. Especially given the other options in the area. (Good luck figuring out their pricing, nothing posted anywhere).
I will not go back and I encourage others not to as well.

I dropped off a party dress here to be cleaned and when I picked it up, I noticed there seemed to about 15 different spots of black lint sticking to the dress. Because of past bad experiences with other cleaners and because I am completely Type A/​OCD, I knew for a fact that these spots were not there beforehand. When I called attention to the problem, before I had even finished my sentence, the two women working there gave out a practiced/​robotic line of «it’s the fabric!» without even taking a real look at the spots on the dress.
As a customer, I would have appreciated a genuine look at the problem before making an assessment or offering to fix the problem or something. The «its the fabric» answer, followed by blank stares, ensured that I would never return there –EVER.
Go elsewhere, trust me.

These guys are ok cleaners. They have taken out some difficult stains. Although the alterations are marginal. If you just need some no brained cleaning this is the place. Any alterations or challenging stains, I would take it to another cleaners
