Not being litigious in nature, I was surprised to find myself in need of a lawyer in the past few years. I found when threatened or being intimidated in life it is best to be on the offensive and so took it upon myself to search for lawyers on the internet. I was wary. I have seen cases of friends. some with not good lawyers and others with good ones and it seemed that a not good one was almost worse or just as bad as none at all. After phone interviews I chose Dan. I am so very glad that I did. His knowledge is vast, his areas of expertise are specific and he is just the right amount of not overly long winded (ie:$) and yet able to explain things to where you feel secure and trusting. Like with a doctor, an aspect of your life really is in a lawyers hands. I write this now with the massive elephant of stress off my back finally as case closed and I thank Dan for that. He is everything you could want in a lawyer. Sharp thinking, sharp witted and sharp dressed (opposing council looked like they spent the night in a dumpster) and extremely smart, protective of his client (in this case me) and I felt his bill was very fair, I got stellar service for a very decent fee. Most excellent! If more lawyers were like Dan the whole profession would gain new respect. Thanks again Dan!
