I love this Sharky’s location. I have one right down the street from my house, but I prefer to drive to this location because the atmosphere and food is so great! The employees make you feel like family and serve you your food very quickly. The restaurant is clean and affordable, not to mention HEALTHY! I eat here 2 – 5 times a week because this location is so awesome. If you want affordable food, positive people, and healthy choices. this is the place to dine.

Food here is always solid with a variety of choices… Like any other commercial chain it’s hard to rate higher. Prices also are starting to get a little high too for the area given other options.

Solid restaurant, One of the better Sharky’s that I’ve been too. Staff is normally friendly and cooperative with questions. My only compliant is that when I ordered food online for pickup, it was cold when it was received. The power steak plate is my favorite meal here and it never disappoints, Great place for their vegetarian options as well. Overall four stars and would return.

Ok — I eat at this Sharky’s way too often. But, having said that in addition to the food being great I have to talk about the manager, Jeremy. Jeremy is simply Awesome!!! I have seen many managers in restaurants and hotels not have a clue in how to deal with people. I have witnessed, on several occasions, patrons being rude or loud and Jeremy handles all of them with grace and finesse. He is a wonderful and patient manager and has the perfect grasp of how to calm a loud or feisty patron down. I hope he gets a raise because he runs a great place.

My ultra sad breakup letter to Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill Westlake: Sorry Sharky’s, I really hate to do this… but, after our last lunch date, I’m afraid to say that I’m just not that into you. We had a good run there for a while Sharky’s — for ten years you were my go-to place for fresh, tasty, organic, reasonably priced, and quick Mexican food. You were years ahead of the vegetarian curve with your grilled tofu and quinoa salads. Your loyalty reward program was pretty amazing. You were always clean, friendly, and dependably delicious. I used to daydream of your chips and salsa, your guacamole, and mmmm those black beans… But while eating lunch with you today, I realized we have grown apart. Not sure if it’s because of your fancy new remodel or because I came between shifts, but I had to wait an inordinately long time to order my meal despite the fact that the restaurant was fairly empty. I was not greeted warmly or with a smile by the cashier. I was basically bullied into paying with a credit card by the same grumpy cashier(despite the fact that I stated I’d prefer to pay with cash multiple times) due to the fact that he had already«closed out» his register even though others were open. I had to ask said curmudgeon cashier multiple times for a water cup and chips. Worst of all, when my food finally came out, the cheese in my quesadilla was still cold and completely unmelted — it looked like it had been sprinkled directly out of a refrigerated shredded cheese bag onto my flour tortilla. :/YUCK! I worried(hopefully needlessly) as my cold quesadilla went back to the kitchen that it might return warmed with some extra bodily fluids added free of charge — CRINGE! Needless to say, I didn’t enjoy this meal or experience at all! So really Sharky’s, it’s not you, it’s me — I’m just a girl who values the simple things like good customer service, a genuine smile, and food properly prepared the first time. You used to be four stars in my eyes but you’ve changed; I just wouldn’t respect myself if gave you more than two stars now. Anyways, don’t call me, I’ll call you Sharky’s. I need some space! Sincerely, Julia A.

Clean, healthy, and tasty are three words that I would use to describe this establishment. The service is friendly and attentive. They have so many choices of salsa at there salsa bar so I would be sure to try those! Also, the food is really tasty. I am a big fan of the vegetarian options that they offer here. The tofu is always cooked to perfection. The power bowls are a really healthy option and the burritos taste really good. The flavor is definitely there and it stands out. Only thing that’s not helping my New Years health crave is the chips that they give! They’re super salty and greasy. but that’s not to say they don’t taste really really good.

I enjoy the food, but sadly the management has neglected to meet its responsibility of providing satisfactory customer service. Frequently I’ve ordered various menu items and explicitly requested chicken with beef or pork eventually arriving at my table. Now this may be an honest mistake, however, repeating the error and not taking steps to prevent it is inexcusable. After reporting the mistake, I merely received the corrected order and not the expected response, such as a credit towards my next meal or at the very least a refund. Just the other day, I was eating a tostada salad bowl and frightfully discovered a hair in it. Finally management refunded my order and offered to pay for the next meal, yet at this point it’s doubtful I shall return. To be honest, not all of my experiences have been devoid of quality service as I’ve found staff to be usually quite pleasant and courteous.

I’ve been coming here since it first opened, and I have yet to receive such great service. Guido and his team were great, very professional and attentive.

Been eating here since they opened. I’ve notice the preparation of the food has been less then perfect. The shrimp tacos, for the second time we’re not cooked adequately. This seems to be a persistent problem. I will no longer eat a Sharkys. David K. The manger was nice enough to refund money.

I’m not a fan of chain ethnic food since they’re unauthentic but I have to say the Sharkey’s Burrito was quite good. Chicken with black beans and rice with avocados and tomatoes. The best part was the tortilla wrap. It was not thick and portioned perfectly. Most places the wrap is either too large or too thick so the burrito gets too bready. There was a good selection of salsas from mild to spicy. The staff at the counter can be a bit more friendly though. Prices are reasonable. The patio area is huge so there’s plenty of room for large groups.

The food is always excellent here as well as the salsa bar. The ingredients always tastes super fresh and the menu has a lot of healthier options as well. I either get the chicken protein plate with the amazing quinoa side, the stacked enchilada, or the fiesta burrito. All are yummy! Boyfriend loves the nachos. I come here all the time but tonight I felt compelled to write a review because employee Guido have absolutely excellent service(even if not a full service restaurant) and went above and beyond even just helping my pack up my to go order. I made sure to look at his name tag! I don’t know if he’s a manager or not but he was super friendly and helpful, as well as the guy with the shorter hair on the sides and the gauges. Didn’t manage to catch his name, but he’s always there. Excellent service from both and great food!

Fast service even on a Friday at noon. Happy and energetic employees. Food came out right away. Very large portions. Everything was very good. Nachos were huge.

I’m not seeing how anyone could give this location less than maybe 4 stars! They’re amazing! Their customer service is top notch. I go here minimum1−2 times a week and they say hello to me every time…(maybe I come too much? Haha) They remember me and that’s great! I’ve tried a variety of things. Their salmon plate is fabulous! Always cooked perfectly. Lately I’ve been getting the naked chicken tostada. YUM! It’s a little dry so I add Sesame Lime dressing. The food is so fast coming out sometimes, I don’t have a table yet! When they drop off my food they always ask if there is anything else they can get for me, and within 1 – 2 min of me finishing my food, they are bussing my table for me. Great, fast, friendly service. :)

Sharky’s is one of my favorite Mexican food chains. I love their wide selection of fresh salsas, healthy options, and the quality of meat and veggies is very good. I’ve been to this location a few times. The service is alright at its best. They’ve messed up my order a couple times, so last time I ordered from them I had them double check everything. I also think they need to check their meat ratios in the burritos. I’ve had instances where it was mostly rice and beans. As much as I love Sharky’s this location is not my favorite one. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you absolutely had to.

Sharky’s is one of the closest restaurants to work for me, and that’s a really good thing! I eat here several times a week and I’m always satisfied. On top of serving consistently great food they are always efficient. I’m often in a rush and even when it’s busy I can get in and out quickly if I need to. The staff is awesome and always friendly. The menu has some great healthy choices and the food is all fresh and real. Big thumbs up for this Sharky’s!

I love Sharkys, but be careful ordering the burrito’s at Sharkys. Sharky’s burrito is 95% rice and beans, little sliver of meat here n there. Not worth the money. At least at chipotle the put a full scoop of meat.

Amazing food, place and management! High vibrational yummy food made with so much love… non-gmo, organic clean goodness! So excited that Sharky is catering our business event tomorrow. The best part of this experience is meeting the owner, the lovely and loving Marjaneh! Looking forward to staying in touch and working with Marjaneh and her crew again. i

That’s the way to do it Sharky’s ! The polite gentleman on the other end of the line calmly took my phone order, repeated it back to me and told me it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Sure enough, when I arrived the order was ready. When I got home it was still hot and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Sharky’s for your delicious selections and for making customer service a priority! We will return!

Organic, GMO free, healthy Mexican fast food! Very good concept! Easy, fast and reasonably priced. Good loyalty program. I usually go for the Chicken Fajita Bowl, which is superb, or fish tacos, also excellent. Highly recommended!

When I think of Sharky’s, I think of being charged by an enormous great white, but instead of it coming down on me with it’s fang-like teeth, I takes a big bite of my burrito. Not all of it, but enough to ruin it for me. Ewww gross! The shark can have the rest! What do I like? =========== 1. The Veggie Burrito with Tofu — in a lowfat whole-wheat tortilla, with not so low-fat sour cream and quac, beans, and rice. Hmmm. Now, that either sounds totally amazing to you, or really, really bad. Whatever, more for me. They do cut the burrito into two halves leaving it near a puddle of glumb, and true, it’s a total mess to eat but I love it. PS. It’s also not overly large. 2. Nachos — amazing and very large. Available in both small and large size. Get the large, and have a wonderful time eating leftovers. Great to warm up in the toaster oven. What’s unique at this location? ======================= As my experience with the Sharky’s I’ve been to, they all have hardworking and nice employees, that offer quick service with a smile. Nice training, boys! It’s a large one, and good for groups. The place is kept clean, salsa bar was nice and well-kept. They have a large, outside patio area. Good choice on a nice day.
