Kreation Organic Juicery

I’ve only had their juice here and that’s what I’m reviewing
We came to check this place out after buying Sprinkles cupcakes next door; thought we should balance out the carbs with healthier things (lol)
What I like about this store compare to Pressed Juicery is the actual juice bottles are free standing in a wall and I was free to read the ingredients and think about what I want rather than staring at a mounted menu while the sales associate stares at me (Pressed). It’s about the same price.
I got the Watermelon juice and a Rose Melon juice. My husband got their acai smoothie
I thought their juices were a bit sweet and on the heavier side compared to Pressed and Blue Print. I guess it’s all about preference and it wasn’t mine
The acai smoothie was tasty. Appreciate the whole bananas and fruits in there just wondering how to get it out with only just a straw.
Also their sales associate seem to be pretty indifferent with people we came in wasn’t greeted or asked if we needed help and when we were ready to check out or order we were made felt like we were a hassle.
Back for more? Probably not. It wasn’t for me.

As far as juice goes, this is very expensive. That’s the only downside.
However, Kreation juice is the best juice I’ve had, and I’ve had my fair share of juice around LA. I had the Matcha Green Tea Latte, Destress (apple, coconut, strawberry), and Rosy Aura (cantaloupe and rose water). What I love about all of these is that you can pretty much taste every ingredient listed. It’s so pure, flavorful, and refreshing. I thoroughly enjoyed each concoction. They’re a little on the sweet side, but I actually prefer it. The total of the 3 drinks came out to be nearly $ 30.
As far as service goes, the staff member was very patient and helpful in helping us decide which drinks to try. The shop itself is adorable, clean, and inviting. There are plenty of seats right outside of the shop — perfect for a sunny day. Parking in the promenade is also very easy!
Tip: Return the glass bottle to receive $ 1 back!

So delicious and fresh. This is my favorite location bc it has the most options for drinks, bowls and cleansers. I bought the Chlorophyll drink, the Amazon acai bowl and the hummus wraps. So fresh! Vegan heaven

Prior to coming to this location for my fresh coldpressed juices I visited another well known grocer for the same products. I have to say I have been happily patronizing Kreation for two months now and I am highly satisfied with their customer service, product knowledge and fresh juices. I am so happy I found this place! Their food is also very delicious and wholesome… And their salad dressings are the best. They’re so good that they even started to sell them separately if you like. I am currently shopping here twice a week and enjoy the green juice number one, green juice number two, happy, peaceful and enhance drinks. The customer service is excellent and I almost always am offered a sample as well as checked out promptly by the staff. I highly recommend this shop to those looking for a healthy alternative to junk food or sweets.

Love the selection of drinks, can be a bit overwhelming since the options are endless. However, you can sample almost everything so finding one that tastes good is easy. They even offer chia and protein puddings with multiple healthy snacks i will definitely be back soon. Super cute set up the area is more «on the go» rather then sitting on location.

Extremely «healthy» — almost ascetic — but we managed to have an entire dinner there (although felt very dietesque). Organic, very tasty combinations of cold pressed juices in glass bottles with $ 1 provided for return. Very convenient if you don’t want to have the usual sugary junk, and a cute little patio with a couple of fake wooden stump seats making you into a glamper — for that «natural» feeling.

I just put my glass bottles from Kreation into the recycling bin to keep myself from going back here, and that’s what prompted me to write this review. I love their other locations, and all of their products really are delicious, which is why I’d give them 2 stores instead of 0 for customer service and experience.
I’ve been to this Westlake location 3 times. The first two times, no one asked if I needed any help (I would’ve gladly accepted some suggestions based on employees favorites), and I had to ask someone to ring me up despite there being multiple employees in the little store and I was the only customer. If it had been busy, I would have completely understood their lack of engagement, but you think at the very least, talking with the customer would help your shift go by faster.
This last visit (2 weeks ago) was the last straw in customer service. Their website said they open at 9, so I arrived at 930, hoping to grab some juice and one of their cold green tea lattes (really, the product is so good!). I walk up to the door at 930 and there is someone inside, but the lights are off, the door is locked, and their free sample cart is pushed up against the door. I walked back to my car, and from my car checked the time again on my phone — both their website and Unilocal said they open at 9. I sat in my car for about ten minutes, deciding what to do, when I see the guy open the door at 940. I head up and go into the store, to which the employee says nothing about opening FOURTY MINUTES LATE! I finally ask (part of me thinks im going crazy), if they do open at 9, to which the employee says «oh yes, we open at 9. Sometimes people just don’t show up». What kind of response is that? No «I’m so sorry for your inconvenience», just a nonchalant attitude towards employees not showing up on time. I asked him what the manager would say if he knew the store opened fourty minutes late, to which he explains the manager comes to «set up» the store and do the hiring, and then leaves and sets up another store. Meaning, the manager isn’t on site everyday (or most days), and there is no authority on site ever. What a messed up business model. So no apology to me, the customer who actually did wait for them to open up late, and who knows how often this happens, and how much money they are subsequently losing. Poor attitudes, poor management, amazing product. Such a shame. I’m going to one of the other amazing juice stores within the same 3 mile radius of Kreation in the future, for the consistent awesome service, great product and managers who actually care.

Love this place. Tucked next to the Barnes and Noble, it can be easy to miss but it is well worth venturing into. They have a huge selection and so far everything I’ve had had been great. The girl who helped me was also very informative and let me sample a few drinks. My favorite so far is the Charcolade because it whitens my teeth!

Kreation is great! All their juices are cold-​pressed and made daily. All produce and products are USDA certified organic, they also offer smoothies, acai bowls and custom juices. On top of all those options they also have a section with grab and go food that include salads, raw wraps and tons of other goodies. It is a one-​stop shop for any eater and drinker of healthy fresh food! Thanks for coming to the neighborhood Kreation!
