Loved the customer service here. I was on a low carb diet and they made me a perfect tuna salad. It’s a lot fresher than subways cardboard tasting salad!

Not bad if you like a group of seemingly hungover disinterested high schoolers making your sandwich at 1 pm on a Sunday. They forgot my bacon and then have the nerve to ask for a tip. Says a lot about the local culture.

This place is awesome. The staff here are really nice and constantly greet you even when they were packed to the door. I got the Jersey Shore favorite light on Mike’s Way. Wow was it good. The bread was still warm and everything was super fresh. They also took my 2 dollar off regular sub coupon too with no problem. When I am out for errands again in Thousand Oaks, I definitely will be having lunch here again. Just because the service staff and food was great.

I love Jersey Mike’s whenever I can I stop by. The staff was friendly… but my sub was not all I hoped. I got the cheesesteak as I usually do… the one with Extra cheese, but clearly that was left out. I mean what is a cheesesteak with barely any cheese? Not a cheesesteak it’s a hot meat sub. So a little disappointing. Let’s face it your go to a chain and expect consistency at the very least.

I went today early in the lunch hour. Hmmm I think some new hires were on shift, which I can appreciate as my own son is a newbie in a fast food restaurant this week. However, I hope some of the crew members work on their task skills and then let there chatty skills shine through when they are ready to multi-task. rarely is the register the slowest cog.

They’re busy most of the time during lunch and the workers have messed up my order both times I’ve been here but the food is really good.

Have ordered from here individually and for large groups. They just don’t measure up to other sub shops in the area and there are many. Tonight ordered the spicy Italian sub and it was literally tastless. Won’t be coming back with the other options in the area.

My family and I think of Jersey Mikes as a Saturday staple. We love the sandwiches — and have made a regular habit of coming here every weekend. As a New Jersey native, I am always proud to recommend them to friends. Unfortunately, things have changed. The slices of meat are so thin, you can literally see through them. Very little meat on the sandwich compared to what it was just a few months ago. I asked if I could have the same amount of meat that is advertised in the pictures, but was informed that I would have to pay for two sandwiches, per management. But they will give me extra lettuce as a substitute. Really? Not trying to be greedy, but it seems like they are really trying to take advantage of customers. Guess it’s time to move on.

Literally the worst Jersey Mikes in the area now. I’d rather drive to Camarillo or Newburry for a sandwich. Hell at this point maybe subway down the way. The staff here used to be great but is now rude and pretty much non intelligent. To busy talking to each other and staring off into space rather than handle the customers appropriately. Soda machine was entirely flat. Where was the manager here because clearly the staff here runs the joint. When I have to tell you 5 times what I want when you’ve already confirmed but continue to ask cause you’re to brain dead… Maybe it’s time for a simpler line of work. Soaked my sandwich with oil and vinegar after I said repeatedly, «light on those please, please light oil and vinegar». I will not be providing buisnes to this location again. Oh and just to add… When I ask for a sandwich I expect meat to be on there… Not three freaking slices of roast beef… You’re kidding me? GTFO of here. I don’t pay this much for bread with condiments and lettuce…

Yum! The turkey sandwich Mike’s Way is delicious! They forgot the provolone on my sandwich though. Much better than other fast food subs in the area.

Fantastic sub shop! A friend and I ventured over to get some delicious Jersey Mike’s sub sandwich goodness. The staff was super friendly and attentive to every detail of the order. The food was fresh, tasty and filling. The location has plenty of parking but it can get busy around lunch. Luckily we beat the rush but it got very busy and packed right around noon. The facility is modern and clean. There is a soda machine that has Mt. Dew, so I was happy about that. Outside there are a few tables so you can enjoy the SoCal weather. Big fan of this place and highly recommend it! Shout out to the wonderful employees who really did a great job.

Fast, good price, delicious, and super friendly — yes, yes, yes, and yes! I don’t go often, but when I do, I get the Turkey & Cheese or the Tuna. Super fresh, great bread, and easy peasy — meaning, in the mouth quick. There’s a half dozen tables(which were empty at 1130am on a Friday). Call in your order for even easier and more convenient access to a great sub. Two sandwiches up.

Came in before donating blood… the staff was so kind! My sandwich maker not only gave me a good recommendation based on my love of ham, but engaged in genuinely kind small talk as he made my meal. The general manager must have been the one to ring me up and the interaction was again delightful. Then I was blown away at the exchange between him and the little boy behind me requesting a side of hot peppers! I don’t remember the tip screen the last time I went to a Jersey Mikes, but I was happy to tack that on. Good job team!

Always can count on this place for some awesome sandwiches. Sometimes the lunch rush crowd is pretty long but still worth waiting for instead of getting«a footlong» elsewhere. Fresh cut in front of you meat and cheese. Staff is always nice. Frequent buyer program is awesome oh and double points Monday can’t be beat. Sometimes they get a little rushed and end up making your sandwich wrong and having to remake it because they were just going through the motions but they always remedy the situation. Best sandwich shop that is a chain for sure.

There’s subs are obviously amazing but there customer service is great! I usually don’t write a lot of reviews but you can tell they care. What seemed to be the manager saw me deciding what kind of chips I wanted with my sub and went out of his way to point out the most popular and grabbed a stack of napkins for me before I walked out of the door with my to go order. It’s the little things and details that stand out! Would recommend this location to EVERYONE. They also had my pickup order exactly when they said it would be ready which is rare for restaurants when you order online

The only sub place that I Don’t have to go through a long list of wants. Mikes way and go lite on oil/vinegar. It would be five stars except they kind of pressure you for a tip when you sign the electronic credit card reader. I think the company should pay their employees a decent wage or raise prices-be honest with the customers. Why should I have to pay their labor? I am already paying an average price for the sub. But the food is defiantly a four star which from a guy from Rye Ny, the roast beef capital of the world, that’s a rave.
