Please be careful of these guys and Paul Karp (he does the ad on the radio is an owner). We paid $ 1500 for a loan mod package that our bank would not even consider at all. Then they wanted $ 3000 for a loan audit to check the securitization of the loan to see if you can sue for your loan, but this audit has no guarantees. I did not feel comfortable with them. When we got a lawyer they said (as well as through my internet searches) that this whole securitization of the loan audit doesnt hold much water.
If you are in true trouble with your house, get a lawyer.
I hope to help someone from not getting ripped off by them.
