Ordered online in advance so I didn’t have to wait, showed up 20 mins later, the store was fairly empty and they never started on my order, had to wait another 10 mins.

I’ve been to a dozen chipotles and this is probably the worse chipotle that I’ve ever been to. The rice is cold and hard and doesn’t have the nice cilantro lime flavor that other places have. The meat is lukewarm. The lines are long and slow. The parking is sometimes hard to find. I hope HQ sees these reviews and does something about this branch because it’s ruining their brand.

I generally dont review fast food places, but this place just is so hit and miss I have to do it. Been here several times because its close to work and the food is on the healthier side(although I find it plain in general and far from something I actually like) I am mystified by the crew here. Some friendly, some not. One person will make a bowl that is so generously proportioned I cant finish it in one sitting. Another makes it so light on portions its like an appetizer. They always run out of chicken and steak during lunch hour.(every time I have been there this happens, I make bets with myself on how far I will get in line before they run out) The line backs up while they wait for the meat, I dunno. It seems like as this happens daily someone would expect this and step it up in terms of whats coming out of the kitchen

This has been my go to Chipotle for the last 3 months. Although I’ve read many of he horror stories below, I have to say I’ve only experienced a few of them. Slow lines — it’s a chipotle people, every chipotle I’ve gone to in he city has long lines and it takes forever. Especially when the person in front of you decides to not be ready and then decides they want four burritos for everyone in their household. I go to any chipotle knowing that it’s going to take some time. Employees — other than one guy, every other single employee I’ve run into has been nothing but nice to me. Some have even been apologetic when it’s been a busy day for them. I’m a bit hard of hearing and unlike other places I’ve gone to, the kids at this one don’t roll their eyes at me or get frustrated when I ask them to repeat themselves. As far as that one guy, I don’t remember his name, but he has zero care about being there and has zero concept of what customer service. I’ve dealt with this guy maybe 4 times and he has no name tag so I can’t see his name. The worse day was when he messed up my change and I mentioned it and he said, crap, rolled his eyes at me and changed it. Seating area — I will have to agree with most of the reviews on here. I get that this is a busy place, but there has to be at least one person in there who can clean up a bit. Come on everyone, were in Westlake Village, you walk outside and everything is beautiful, you walk into Chipotle and it reminds me this really disgusting restaurant I went to in Tijuana once. Online ordering — sorry but your location is really bad when it comes to online orders. I’m a very internet person so anything I can buy via the Internet is best for me. I do this at most chipotles I plan on picking up from. Usually my food is ready right on time but at this one I’ve had two tried and I give up. It’s faster for me to show up and stand in line. The app says it’ll be ready at a specific time and I usually give you guys 5 – 10 minutes after the time given because we all know that you’re busy. But every time I show up here, my order is never ready. All in all this isn’t such a bad Chipotle, I’ve been to way worse ones. Fix that cleaning issue and the attitude from that guy and maybe I’ll add that 5th star.

This is the worst one of these that I’ve been to. The line is ridiculously slow the prices are way out of control and to be honest with you it’s really not that good. Not worth it!

Today I paid $ 14 for one burrito. And waited in line behind 4 people on a busy Saturday while one guy, who was clearly new worked the line alone. Hey! Chipotle why Do you think that Melting the cheese on a tortilla is worth a $ 3.50 charge? #ripoff

LOVE Chipotle! So why 3 stars? Because although it’s not that busy right now, the staff appear to be daydreaming about being somewhere else and ALL but one of the tables are dirty. Dirty floor too. And Dr. Pepper out of service. So while I’m eating and writing this review, I can’t help but wonder if it’s dirty out here what’s it like behind the counter? Hmm… P. S. Most of the sodas were malfunctioning. Come on guys really?

Used to love going to chipotle but this location ruined it for me. The past few times they have messed up our online orders. On top of that, quality has been bad as well. I wonder if it’s just this location or have things gone downhill in general? It’s too bad because we used to love it and were frequent customers.

Why all the hate for Chipotle? They do a really good job knowing who they are and what they do best which is fast casual fresh affordable Mexican food with healthy alternatives… We went today after my son’s club soccer tournament. It rocked as usual. The food is fresh made in front of you with healthy ingredients as you like, while you wait. I get that service can be a mixed bag but seriously 1 star because they didn’t wrap your burrito to your liking, or because there were(20) people in line and you had to wait an extra few minutes in line for your burrito. We go to Chipotle all the time especially after my kids sports or for a quick healthy bite afterschool sometimes. The Barbacoa is really good and my go too on a bowl with lettuce, cheese, salsa, cilantro and grilled veggies maybe the guacamole on occasion as well… All the meats are made and freshly grilled in front of you. So is the guacamole. The veggies are also cut fresh and grilled. Enjoy and savor the virtues of a freshly made meal cooked to order and assembled to your liking while you wait all for around $ 7… My kids love the burritos there way. Even using the Chipotle secret menu for special concoctions. The fast casual healthy food is 4 stars the service because it’s typically young and somewhat inexperienced staffers can be a mixed bag but realize it’s not the Ritz Carlton because if it was your $ 7 Chipotle burrito or bowl would be $ 17 and not as fresh or good… just sayin

After not going to this location for four months I thought I would give it another chance — since no one was in front of us when we got there I thought the service would be good — WRONG! Not a hello or a smile from three people — and then I had 3 of the pits from the avocado stem in my one scoop of quacamole… spoke to the manager about all this and got the District Managers phone number but much to my dismay he has not returned my call — well I guess that says it all — done with Chipotle… plenty of other places to eat!

Place sucks balls, So there we were in short line for a Sunday(10 people). We are in 2nd place when all of a sudden a large order unrolls in front of us on a register tape and we all get put on hold. Six special burrito order with only two servers. It was like the guy in front of us got cut in line by six people. This on top of two trainees behind the counter and no manager. After 10 — 15 minutes of this rude BS we said F this place never to return. So unless I am mistaken for a zombie who can stand in this line like a Dumb Azz for ok food and be made a fool of — F U people.

I had only eaten here once years ago, but I was at a nearby store at dinner time. And if I’d read all the horror stories recently posted here, I would have passed it by. First thing, even at 8pm the line is long and slooow. Took at least 10 minutes to get to place my order. Second, no carnitas, my standard go-to. Chipotle is having a beef(pun intended) with whoever supplies their pork. So I google barbacoa, and decide to go with that in a burrito. The staff wasn’t unfriendly, but did seem harried. I ate in, and the sitting area wasn’t clean. I had to brush lettuce from my seat. Getting to the food, the burrito was huge and pretty tasty. I remember my first years-ago burrito being mostly rice, but this filling was balanced. I also got the chips and salsa — definitely not worth 2 bucks. Overall ok, but I’ll still take the carnitas burrito at the Mexican market in TO. $ 3 less and delicious!

Just came from there — The customer service is horrible — I have had 3 bad experiences at this location — This time the women at the cash register sighed so loud when the phone rang and she mumbled FUCKINGFUNIF I ignore enough it will stop ringing then she answers and drops my food and then tries to open the bag as it slides out of her hands while she is yelling hello hello hello so I go to just grab my now broken burrito to leave and she snatches it and tosses it in a bag and slides it to me like fuck you? This being my third weird situation I will never walk in there again —

Lately, this is the worse place to eat. The food has changed. Maybe corporate will pay more attention like they did when it opened.

The service was horrible, all the servers were too busy with conversations with each other that they were not paying attention to my food when they were serving it. Then it had no flavor and the chicken was dry, I ALSO found an ant in my lettuce, trashed it… such a waste!

This Chipotle used to be one of my favorite locations. The staff were quick and gave you lots of food, and were friendly. Not anymore… It seems that the staff is entirely new– not sure what happened but everyone here still seems to be learning how to efficiently work and move through a line, and keep an eye on web orders. Everytime I’ve come to pick up a web order, they have yet to make the meal which results in a confused and flustered mess. The line moves EXTREMELY slowly and the line is SO messy– gross. When I went tonight to grab dinner, the first person in the line(the one who warms up the tortilla, does rice, beans, and meat) was refilling the white rice, and the spoon for the pinto beans got flipped upside down. Basically, the handle end of the spoon for the beans was in the beans and the spoon part was sticking out. She stared at us and shrugged and just flipped it back over… hmm. The salsa guy was REALLY messy– spilled salsa on the counter, tried to slide it over to the cashier(it tipped over and left a trail). He only wiped it with his gloved hands… and proceeded to use that same hand for other people’s burritos(putting his hand in the cheese and lettuce). I’ve been happy everytime I’ve come here before, but the past couple of visit(like the past 5 – 10) have fallen short of my expectations. Meh.

If your in a hurry don’t come to this store. If you want to repeat your order numerous times. Come here. If you don’t mind hearing the personal drama of the people working here. The come to this store. If you don’t mind some people making your food complain to the manager about being off and still on the line. By all means come to this store. If your ok with waiting for said employee to finish complaining to address you. Head on down. This store has went to hell in a hand basket. My family lives chipotle for the most part and my daughter lives for it.(she’s a kid and its better than the alternative fast food) But she even said this store sucks. Takes to long. They don’t put enough meat on the bowls then try to charge you for double if the God forbid have to dip into the Barbacoa to put on not even enough to fill the tongs. Used to like this store. Now the only reason we come here is its the closest one to out home and its on the way. Other wise we go elsewhere. Sorry chipotle but your staff is dropping the ball on this one.

Pretty disappointing. Since I work close to here, I often find myself and coworkers coming here for lunch. A lot of the time we have to come right at 11 when they open, because of our schedules. More recently we’ve been noticing when we walk in, they don’t even have food fully prepared. How the hell do you not have everything prepared when you open? I’d rather wait outside an extra 5 minutes before opening so I can actually get in and leave. As a result, there is an awkward 2-line system for people waiting for food to be finished and people who are ordering, and it’s just a cluster of people. Their portions are also generously tiny as well. A lot of the time I ask for double meat and don’t get charged for it because the dude /lady put so little on the next person doesn’t realize it’s double.

I love the menu, and many Chipotle locations have benefited from my patronage. I either get a burrito(my fave) or a bowl(when I am being carb-conscious), and either way I go, I get half-barbacoa /half-carnitas. Very tender meat. Yes, it’s THAT good. Topped with shredded lettuce, grated cheese, chopped tomato, a little sour cream, and the corn-salsa, and I am a happy boy. Why not eat something organic and somewhat healthy? Sign me up. What makes this location unique? ========================== * Really long lines * Small, condensed, counter ordering * Large amount of seats, indoor and outdoor
