Steve Mass is the go-​to-​loan guy. He made the loan process much easier than expected. The Home buying process is one of the most nerve wrecking experiences (especially these days), but axia home loans took the edge off our stress. We are now in our new home and look forward to working with them the future.

Steve Mass is great with first time buyers. He educates them on where their income level needs to be to get approved for the size of loan they are trying to obtain. He also has a saving plan to get you to the down payment. I’ve had the opportunity to work him several times and he always makes the process easy. I highly recommend him and his team.

I have definitely experienced better with trying to finance a home. If you don’t have a perfect situation with your credit and income, don’t be in a hurry to get financing with this company. Knowing, my income and credit report, Axia home loans promised me a quick closing. A (3 week closing is what they said) Well, 6 weeks later, still no closing. They finally turned me down for a loan after being preapproved and looking for homes for months. After paying for an inspection and appraisal also. I have faxed and refaxed information so much and for so long. It took them FOREVER! to respond!
In the meantime the poor sellers were getting upset with them also. They had everybody waiting on them and it took FOREVER. Again with bad news at the end.
I wouldn’t recommend anybody to get financing through them.
