It is the worst place I have ever been to the fires suck and the burgers are so greased up it gross

There comes a time in a man’s life where he must decide: do I eat that 35^th McNugget and throw it all up immediately or do I forgo that 35^th and throw up on my own terms? At this fine McDonald’s establishment, it just doesn’t matter. What the Westford restaurant lacks in drive-​thru capability (thanks, Obama!) it more than makes up for in McPassion. Come on in an enjoy excellent customer service, a zesty rotational menu (get those 100% Sirloin Premium Burgers while they’re still available!!), and some extraordinary tried and true main stays like the widely acclaimed Big Mac or the subtle yet refined McChicken. Honestly, I feel more at home eating perfectly seasoned, perfectly golden, perfectly crispy fries within these McFriendly walls than I do at my literal house with my actual family on Christmas. For first time attendees, start with the value menu and go up from there! The PlayPlace is also a MUST for the adventurous! I will be coming back for many years to come, for sure.

When I was young and foolish I used to eat at McDonald’s. But this was the location that cured me of that about 15 Years ago.
Driving to work, it was a snowy bad day and the drive was taking forever. So I stop here to get some breakfast. There were 2 Super-​Size girls behind the counter bantering back and forth, kind of ignoring me. I could see one was the «manager» by the uniform. So finally after a couple of minutes the other girls turns to me and says «can I get you something» I order the Egg McMuffin with the OJ and Hash Brown. She takes my cash and turns to her Manager/​Pal and starts gabbing again.
While the yapping is going on I see the Manager holding one of the trays full of the Hash Browns, getting ready to drop it in the fryer. But they are too busy blabbering on, I figure there has to be one in the warmer for me.
Well out comes my sandwich after about 5 minutes. The manager looks at it as the other girl tosses it under the Heat lamp. At this point the Manager drops the Hash Browns into the fryer and walks away. Now the other girl gets my OJ and says to me «It’s going to be 10 minutes before the Hash Brown is ready» At this point I had enough. I say «Just give me the sandwich» which she proceeds to toss on the counter in the bag. NEVER once saying she will get a refund for the food I paid and couldn’t deliver without getting an Ice Cold sandwich. She then turns her back on me (as I’m the ONLY person in the place on this snowy morning at 9:30 AM) and walks to the back, I’m guessing to carry on with her pal/​manager/​girlfriend.
So I went to work, wrote an e-​mail to McDonald’s and proceeded never to hear a word from them. That about sum’s up what I expected from the Company and Franchise.
Since then I have never eaten any McDonald’s food. But I do find them convenient when on a long trip and I need a potty break. See McDonald’s, you’ve found your nitch.

Weird McDonald’s. Very small store with three registers and no drive thru. Yes, there is no drive-​thru here due to city zoning regulations. OH well. They are nice enough when you get inside and it’s a Mac and Dons through and through.

The food is standard for McDonalds, the staff are very courteous. I don’t like the set up: no drive-​through, and seating is on the opposite side from parking.

Nice clean dining room. I like the variety of seating along the windows and in the center. I enjoy the filet o’fish meal and buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. For a place that’s just next to a Highway it’s a very pleasant place to just chill for an hour. I look forward to coming back often. Only complaint is they close early and no drive-​thru, but I enjoy the dining room anyways and Chili’s is next door which stays open late if you want to get one drink to stay late like 12 Midnight. See it for yourself!
