Kroger

Unfortunately the staff is not very helpful. I’ve asked on many occasions for assistance in finding something and they never know where anything is. I also find it a slap in the face how nice the one in Carmel is, yet no steps have been made to make this a fraction nicer, more helpful, or carry many organics and/​or locally grown products. What, are Carmel people more deserving?

The female pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. You would think such a small pharmacy would want to retain customers. Not sure why she is always in a bad mood. I’m taking my business elsewhere and recommend others does as well.

This is the most amazing Krogers I’ve been to. Clean and exceptionally friendly staff. There is a middle-​aged woman that often works the self check out who often has me laughing. She is fast, attentive and great as well as many other employees. I love their organic food section and it’s layout in the store. They have a great wine and micro-​brew selection and their bakery rocks!!! The secret is in their frosting, light yet not lardy or overly sweet. It’s hard not to walk out with something you did not intend on getting. It’s nice to have a well stocked OTC med section, seasonal and makeup section as when everything else is closed, you are open 24 hours, saving me a long drive. You offer great plants for the yard in summer and gorgeous Christmas trees and wreathes in the winter. A convenient gas station on site in which I can use my shopping points and save 10 to 30 cents a gallon. The new coupon feature and Free Friday item loaded straight to my shopper card makes a trip here ultra convenient. No more forgetting coupons! The coupons are deducted as soon as I scan an item. How cool is that? And the Westfield firemen drive up in their firetruck and shop here!

I like the selection and cleanliness of the Kroger on 161^st street rather than this location. However a grocery store is pretty much a grocery store. They do need to improve their produce selection !
