I brought in a jacket another tailor did a poor job on. John understood the situation right away, and said he would call me when his tailor looked at it. He called me as promised, and gave me my options. The tailor fixed my jacket, and John barely charged me for it. Seems like a great place, and John was a pleasure to deal with. I wish I bought suits as expensive as they sell so I could buy some from him!
