After reading some of the reviews I am going to rate high this time. There is no way Café Santorini is not at least a 3… In my book it’s probably more in 4 territory. What it is not, is fine dining. What it is, is good family dining with reliable food and good prices. I have seen some of the reviews stating poor service — but I have not seen that … I have always had very good service. What is the best thing about is this place is that it is very consistent and that it has an extensive menu. You can really get just about anything here. The menu may actually be too large. I have been here several times and never had a bad meal. I had never had a fantastic one until my last visit though when I ordered off of the Turkish menu. You may need to ask for this special menu. The people that own this place are Turks. In my opinion they ought to promote their native dishes more. They were great. I had a bean salad and some Turkish pizza made with a lamb and vegetable paste. Both were delicious! Again, the atmosphere is family style and they have a crazy amount of stone and tiles on the walls. It looks good though — so why not. The cuisine is more American diner than anything else. You can get breakfast anytime, pizza and calzones, grinders, burgers and other Italian style entrees… PLUS the Turkish food which I recommend. I have had the pizza, burgers and breakfast, and all were solid. Café Santorini follows more«the jack of all trades master of none» model than anything else. Also again, the service has been good for me … but I can see how that would bring a rating down. Prices and value are totally great here and I highly recommend for these points alone. Truckers and families come here regularly and they do a very brisk takeout business. Clearly the masses like this place. For me, this place is a do again and again and again. I recommend it.

We tried out breakfast here recently and it was ok. When we walked in nobody made eye contact with us and we waited quite awhile for someone to acknowledge us and lead us to a table. When our waitress arrived, brusque might be the understatement of the century. She was short with words and we felt compelled to hurry up and order because she seemed so displeased. The food itself was actually very good. The garden benedict was great — the eggs were cooked perfectly and the homefries were tasty. But the service left us wondering if we’ll return …

If you enjoy waiting and over an hour and a half for delivery, being straight out lied to by the waitress(«The driver left, for the second time» — the driver had NEVER left, we were finally told), and then not even being offered a discount for the terrible service and mediocre food — this is your place. We liked to order once a month or more for Café Santorini, but now we will take our business elsewhere.

This place has some good things going for it and some bad. Good: the food tasted great, and the prices were fair, and portions were very large. These factors are usually the most important to me. However, the bad: the restaurant reeked of gas, so much so that we feared there was a leak or busted pipe somewhere. The inside of the restaurant was under construction and very dingy looking. They had room for plenty of people to sit, but they had some of the worst décor I have ever seen. If I had lost my sense of sight and smell, this would have been a great experience from strictly a sense of taste. Worth a try, hopefully their«remodel» is finished.

I have been here a few times and never had a bad meal! There is parking in back for large vehicles. The place is dated but the food is good!

What in the actual fuck? I was craving Italian take-out so I did some Unilocal research and was directed towards Café Santorini. I had high hopes but was truly disappointed. The menu was vast and the website boasted a family-owned, quality vibe. I was ready to feast. LIES. I ordered chicken Marsala(I know, I know, most people would warn against a dish like this from a pizza shop) and couldn’t get past the first few bites. First of all, the spaghetti was WAY to over cooked. The chicken was sketchy and the«Marsala» sauce was some mix of lemon and chicken broth? Steer clear. Much better delivery available in the area. Sorry Santorini!

Café Santorini Pizzeria & Restaurant is located along Southampton Road heading north out of Westfield, MA towards Holyoke. This is another popular truck stop diner which means lots of food, cheap prices, and strong coffee. They open the doors at 6am and keep serving until 9pm, 7 days a week. Breakfast is served all day long, so you can get omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast and the like regardless of the time of day. I was there for lunch, and the menu includes soups, salads, pizzas & calzones, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, grinders(hoagies), or their $ 8.99 lunch specials: Baked Scrod Fish-n-Chips Chicken Parmesan Eggplant Parmesan Manicotti Stuffed Shells Cheese Ravioli Pot Roast Lasagna Roast Pork Loin Liver & Onions Meatloaf Salisbury Steak Roast Turkey Meatballs or Sausage Hot Open Sandwiches Patty Melts Club Sandwiches And that all comes with your choice of 2 sides: pasta, potatoes, soup, veggies or salad. So the bottom line is that Santorini’s is your basic short-order diner where you can get most anything that you want, served most any way that you want, with whatever sides that you want… and still be back at your office in a reasonable period of time with plenty of cash still in your wallet. Thanks for the recommendation Scott L!

Food was average but very expensive. Paid $ 18.00 for a small rueben sandwich, fries and a soda. Waitresses were fighting in the kitchen. Sandwiches only come with soup, salad or pickles. Not fries you have to order them extra for maybe 10 fries for 4 $! I probably should of went to friendlys down the street.

Ah, «The Sant» as my office colleagues and I call it. Where to begin… This place has been here forever and I believe it is a well-known stop for truckers travelling the I-90 corridor. There is nearly always a few rigs idling in the back lot which is sizable enough for several trucks or big RVs. On most days you’ll find an interesting character sitting at the bar drinking coffee. What’s most noticeable about first arriving at this place is it’s a greasy spoon type diner hidden in one of those steel-exterior warehouse style buildings. The outside looks as if it should be a machine shop or auto repair place(and it’s nestled in among those types of businesses). The atmosphere inside is «well worn» for lack of a better term. The carpet is old. The booth cushions are worn out or virtually non-existent from high butt traffic of frequent travelers stopping by for their intake of fried goodness or caffeine infusions. That being said, the food is good. Like any greasy spoon, the menu is HUGE and they make a little of everything. Sandwiches, pizza, burgers, hotdogs, salads, soups, even Italian baked pasta dishes… really there’s too much to list. Additionally, you can order BREAKFASTFOODS any time of day. **motherfuckin’ fist pump** I recommend sticking to a sandwich, burger or breakfast offering all of which have passed my rigorous personal standards of arriving hot, fast and free of bugs, pubic hair and obvious contamination. My personal favorite thing to get here on lunch break is the classic BLT. It’s one of those deals where you say«I’ll have the BLT» and they rattle off 8 kinds of available bread and/or rolls they can make it on. I haven’t had the pizza before which is something they tout on the front marque by the road, so if you get that, let me know how that went. Service tends to be fast and friendly and by friendly I mean that classic New England style«What do you want? OK, here it is, don’t look me in the eye and here’s your check» sort of way. Never have had a bad experience in the dozens of times I’ve eaten here. Overall, I say hit this place for breakfast or lunch. It’s not glamorous at all. If you took a date here she/he/it would have a very good reason to never see you again. However if you’re a traveler you’ll make it home without dying of starvation and still have money in your pocket for fuel. TL:DR: It is a very solid choice for quickly filling your guts for a very reasonable price.

Looks can be deceiving. I was working down the street and my customer told me to go there for breakfast as I wait for ups to deliver my part. I had the 2 pancake ham and coffee special and a side of bacon, cost $ 8.77 that was cheap for the amount off food. The 2 pancakes took up the whole plate and the ham took up its own plate. I got 4 bacon slices at a normal restaurant you normally get 2. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. I would definitely go back.

Nice little family Italian restaurant near Barnes airport. Lots of food at reasonable prices. Eggplant Parm lunch special was good and came with two sides plus garlic bread. Much better than the national chains. Friendly service and family atmosphere.
