Pizza Hut

I am not suprised by the low stars. The restrant has a nice feel and I have been here before I don’t think Management put alot if emphasis on dining room customers. There is usually only one person that staffs the dining room and they are rushed doing to many multiple things a family of 12 was there waited about 15 min for food no problem three but they didn’t get drinks till after their food! Luke was very polite and fiendly, but no support manager/​staff was outside smoke instead if trying to help the one guy in the floor, I guess this place should be for delivery orders. Good was only marginal

I rarely stop at pizza Hut because it’s out of my way on my commute home. Tonight I thought I would take the long way home and give it a try. Well. …now I know why I don’t go out of my way. The place was EMPTY when I got there and Arik behind the register could very well be the reason why. No greeting, no smile, zero helpfulness. I went to place my order for two medium pan pizzas, cause that’s what I remember Pizza Hut being known for. …and to my surprise… I’m told they are out of medium pan pizza. And any pizza I would want would be 45 minutes or longer to have ready, did I mention the place was EMPTY?
I asked for a little bit of help with other crust options and was told «they are self explanatory» and there are no pictures to identify them.
I asked if they would sub a large for at the same carry out special price as a medium and Arik shot that down and looked at me like I was the one that caused him to be out of medium pizza.
I shared with Arik that pizza Hut just wasn’t meant to be tonight and walked away empty handed. I went over to Papa Johns where I was greeted at the door and got whatever I needed practically with bells on.
I know Arik can’t control inventory issues but he or maybe a manager can manage them better than this uncaring unapologetic unsolution focused interaction. Pizza Hut is ONLY known for pan pizza. How do you run out? ??

My family and I generally come here during the evening, and there is never anyone else in the restaurant. It took a few minutes to get seated, but our order was taken right away. We got our food pretty quick, but then it took forever to get refills, all while the waitress was a few tables down, rolling silverware. The waitress dropped off the check and walked away without checking if we needed anything. We had to call after her and ask for refills. Not very pleased, but closest to our house.

First of all Charlene is a fantastic and fun waitress. She was very busy running the register and the floor and keeping up well. They got very busy very fast. We ordered a large super supreme and a side of waffle fries. Waffle fries came in a basket and they were very crispy, good and served with a side of ketchup. Pizza was fantastic! It wasn’t greasy like I remember pan pizza used to be when I worked there back in the late 80’s. Great food and service… will be back again!
