Panera Bread

I have to start this review by saying that you will have a completely different experience if you eat while wearing headphones.
I’ve eaten here for years and the ladies at the counter are very sweet and welcoming. My order is rarely wrong and I could even say almost always correct. There is lots of window light and it’s a great morning spot to get a bit of work done…
Except:) every single time I’m here, the back of house team (cooks, prep etc) are always (I do mean always) operating at the «volume and tact of a construction crew working on the highway with broken radios». It used to bother me but has now become something that I look forward to! I think I enjoy it because it is so bizarre and life can be predictable at times.
At this moment one of the gentlemen is practicing his chewbaca impressions and it’s taking a while for him to feel like he’s nailed it.
Another, moments ago was referring to some form of anatomy (undisclosed) to which he described as huge, like Tucan Sam.
Even though the content is consistently unbelievable, volume is the thing that is most impressive. Anyone can rap for 12 minutes while making sandwiches, but not everyone can do it at full blast.
It’s not «a bit» loud «sometimes». It’s quite loud and constant every single time. And if you enjoy absurdity as entertainment, you should definitely stop by this location in the morning. 4 stars with headphones, 1 – 2 without.
I’ve got to go! I need to find out if in fact the thing they are screaming about «DOES NOT GO UP FRONT!!!» I’ll keep you posted.

You will not find a better Panera than the 2 in Westerville. Best customer service. Very busy all the time.

This Panera rocks. When I have eaten here, the food has been good (standard Panera food). I usually don’t eat here. I come in like twice a week just to sit and use the WiFi for 3 hrs. The manager and employees are super nice to me. The WiFi is fast. They have a plethora of comfortable seating. Great patio tables with comfy chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of good parking. Only downside: there aren’t that many outlets. Definitely recommend this location.

AHHH Why does every single Panera mess up my order?! I don’t even order anything complicated. Went here to try out the new Broth Bowls. Ordered a Lentil Quinoa Bowl with Chicken, and they gave me a Lentil Quinoa Bowl with Egg. Wtf? Sent it back and got a new one. All of the employees take their damn time preparing the order. Everything is premade, you just have to assemble it. Seriously how hard is it? I could put up with all of that except for the fact that Panera’s prices are getting ridiculous. $ 9 – 10 for half a sandwich and a cup of soup? Right, that makes sense. Only Pros of this place: clean, good location, nice display case.

I have ate many panera tuna fish sandwiches and they have always been good. However, last evening when I brought one home and bit into it the tuna tasted old and smelled spoiled. I called panera immediately and asked if I could get a refund and I also told the manager she should throw out what they have left in the store so no one would get sick. She explained to me that the food is processed elsewhere and they didn’t have anything to do with it. She also said I probably just didn’t like their taste of tuna sandwiches. I said this is bad tuna that you are selling. You are responsible! She hung up in a huff. I realize sometimes these managers are young and inexperienced, but no one should sell bad food and then stand behind it. Shame on her.

This is my second attempt at this Panera and it just poor quality and service.
I ordered the Turkey and avocado BLT on sour dough bread. It was really tiny — like a finger sandwich. The bread on the bottom was soggy and soaked through. A potato chip is softer than the avocado that was on my sandwich. It was just bad. Real bad. And the bacon was pathetic. It looks like the same quality as at a Subway — cheap, microwaved and tasteless.
Time before this, the server burnt my panini. The soup isn’t much of anything either. Watery & salty. What is happening Panera — we used to be friends! Won’t go back to this location again.

This particular location is really exceptional. Great service all the way around! They’ve also recently started bringing you your food if you are dining in. I’ve noticed this happening at all Panera’s recently, so it must be a change in practice. They used to do it occasionally, but now it seems more deliberate. The menu always has a couple of new items on it to try and it’s always consistently good.

This is a place I prefer going to by myself. Its a great place to relax and bring a book or iPad. Not very noisy. As for food I have only tried a couple different sandwiches but always very filling. Service is always good and FREE WIFI!,

Best service I’ve ever had when I’m out to eat. Honestly.

I always enjoy having a great Sierra Turkey sandwich, but this location goes the extra mile. They have table service! That way the isle isn’t cluttered with people! What a great addition.
I hope more Paneras adopt this practice.

I like Panera Bread in general, and this is about an average store. Lots of good soup, sandwich, and bakery options. Free WiFi (which must be why there always seems to be people working in these stores, like setting up an office in the corner working).

Always a great experience here. Great food, pretty fast service, and there is rarely a mistake

Panera is my favorite soup and sandwich spot. This is a nice location near the bike path. There is some outdoor seating with an eastern exposure which is great for Breakfast in the summer. The food quality is consistently excellent.

i have only been to panera twice but it is my newest addiction. The service at this particular one was amazing! The ladies at the register helped me choose since i had no idea what they had to offer. My order was done in less than two minutes. now thats what i call customer service!

I came here for breakfast this morning. Would you believe that they open at 6:00? That’s pretty early for a restaurant/​coffee shop. I had a cheese/​bacon soufflé and an apple tart. Both were as good as they could have been. While I was there I browsed through the breads and cookies and boy I wish I weren’t single or I’d have brought a couple of loaves home with me. Anyway, a great meal and I’ll have to get up there again.
