The doctors are first rate, the staff? Well, its stereotypical medical office these days, over schedule, under deliver. A typical example, I have a 4pm appointment, they call me and ask if I can come in early. I get there at 3:30 when asked, I don’t get called back ttill 4:15 and I see the doctor at 5pm. This is all to typical. Now, trying to navigate their phone system is a real treat. Its a challenge to stay awake to hear what choice to press, and of course, «please listen to all the selections because our menu has recently changed»

Family doctor practices at Northeast Family Health moved from 555 W. Schrock Rd. to a new facility down the street at 237 W. Schrock Rd. in Westerville and offers the services of eight different family practice doctors.
The new building affords room to bring the extra doctors in the Mt. Carmel system to the Northeast Family Practice.
There is really minimal waiting time to see any of these doctors. Yet, they seem willing to take whatever time is needed for your appointment to discuss whatever issues brought you to them.
Dr. Thomas E. Quinn has been our family physician for many years.
The reception staff and nurses are always especially friendly and helpful.
So, if you’re looking for a new group of Family Practice doctors, you can’t go wrong with Northeast Family Health and Dr. Quinn.
