I was charged a $ 40 fee from this store. The issue I have with this is the fact that this FAKE Verizon store charges DOUBLE what the real Verizon store @ Polaris or Easton charges. The phone was used yet they told me it was brand new. The charger had been replaced with a similar charger but a used charger. When confronted with the issue they tried to charge me a restocking fee. STAY AWAY
