Definitely faster, and cleaner than the Taco Bell locations I’m used to. Also, the nachos (in a paper bag with a cheese cup) are slightly cheaper here than elsewhere. Probably the fastest front counter to-​go service I’ve experienced at a Taco Bell. Most places are greedy and barely put any cheese in their cheesy roll-​ups (those are underrated), while this place put more cheese than I expected (which is the amount that should be put). Overall, this is one unusually competent Taco Bell location, definitely going here every Tuesday as a regular now.

This Taco Bell’s service is really fast.
I used the drive-​thru. There was about 2 – 3 people ahead of me. They took my order, and I got my food 3 minutes later. I ordered a lot of food too. I was impressed.
Whenever I am in the area, I might just sit inside and eat.

Went to take out. Left and had to go back. Wrong food given. Told to wait and cars beeping cause in the way where told to wait. So annoying. Employees need to pay attention. Food came and it is cold.

The place was a bit emptier than expected, as when initially we sat down for Sunday lunch there was only one person eating. You would think they’d use the downtime to clean the tables, but alas they did not. There was nothing excessively messy (a tray full of trash hanging out, most of the tables had minor litter), but it would’ve been nice if we could find a table that didn’t require a DIY wipe-​down.
By the time we were done the crowd picked up a little, but the leftover tray was still there unattended.

They have the new Soda Machine! Most of the flavors are strange or too sugary but the Apple and Sangria were Yummy! They messed up one one of my order items and were quick to remake it without a thought so great Customer Service! Kinda chilly inside so bring a sweater!

The customer service here is not only poor, but the wait time is bad too. the wait time is at least 15 minutes here regardless if you go order inside or the drive thru. 15 – 20 min before ordering waitime, and another 15 min for waiting for your food. I can only imagine the management here. This is ridiculous. Never coming back here again. Very unhappy.

It’s TACO BELL and I love it… Wish I could bring some Pinot with me to help me enjoy my Tacos, Nachos Buritos, etc…
The Westbury location is a good spot. They have given me the correct order overtime I’m there. They also seem to have a big enough team as not to wit for 15 minutes for your food when they’re busy.
Yeah, it not «gourmet palace» nor is anything near authentic but I have been going to TB for 40+ years now, when they were only in California and then they had one Long Island location as an East Coast Experiment. Their restaurants have gone through multiple transformations over the years but the Tacos still taste the same.

Like any other taco bell, this TB sells iffy tacos (sometimes elevated in palate sophistry with a Doritos taco shell) filled with a not-​beef-​but-​somewhat-​meaty substance, cheap shredded cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Just your typical fast-​food tex-​mex that sometimes (nay, most of the time) causes gastrointestinal distress…
The only reason this TB is getting 3 stars is because it redeems itself with good service and a half-​way decent chicken quesadilla (though don’t get me wrong; it’s still not for the weak of stomach).
Food: 2.5÷5 — other than the chicken quesadilla, there isn’t much on the menu I’d be willing to subject my GI tract to
Service: 3⁄5 — pretty solid; they’re friendly, quick, etc. while most of the other TBs I’ve been to seem to hire the snarkiest people imaginable in the fast food realm
Atmosphere: N/​A — my bf and I have mostly just used the drive-​through so I don’t really know how the store’s inside measures up
Overall: 3⁄5 — ok-​ish…

Having grown up in the area, I’ve frequented this Taco Bell and it is hands down my favorite because of the fast service and fresh made to order ingredients.
I came here for breakfast after watching many ads. I didn’t love the waffle taco, but appreciated the ingenuity. It was a bit too oily for me and the waffle taco portion wasn’t crispy.
The crunchwrap is a whole other story. A layer of hash brown, a layer of eggs and a layer of sausage wrapped in a tortilla. It’s my new favorite breakfast!
I’m really happy that Taco Bell now serves coffee too!
