Came here last night party of 8. We were seated immediately and the host were very nice. I noticed that the restaurant was not too busy, so we came at a perfect time or so I thought. Our waiter came over not too long after took our drink orders. We needed refills, so we asked the waiter for a 2nd round for everybody(strawberry lemonade) he tells us that they are out, and that it would be another 30 minute wait. Their drink options are not too great so the lemonade was literally the best choice(non alcohol). If we wanted to order other juice, we would be charged another few in addition to our original lemonades(which are free refills). OK… Anyway food came out very slow. and it was not that great. I’ve heard really great things about this restaurant and maybe I came on a bad night. The combo rice and lomein barely had any flavor unlike the beef and broccoli which was very salty. Sweet and sour chicken was just okay. but the pepper steak was delicious. Overall the Staff(food runner/busboy/waiter/host) were extremely friendly! Would I return? ehh maybe.

The food took really really long to come and we sat at the Bar. Wasn’t too moved by the food. It was ok. Drinks were watered down. Nice ambiance.

AWFUL experience. Waitress was extremely rude and slow. Food took over an hour. Long hair found in my chicken lettuce wraps(did not order it that way) and main entrees were bland. When we left we heard a lady tell people as they were walking in to stay away. We would have joined her but our stomachs were not in a place to stand around.

Beware of oil. Lots and lots of oil. Good atmosphere at P.F. Chang’s, but their chefs are experts at sucking out every nutrient from their food items With that being said, the eggplant stir-fry was pretty decent

All I have to say is ehh. When I came here about 1 year ago the food and the service was so much better. The food was so flavorful. This time… the food was ehh … The shrimp dumplings and the vegetable fried rice was bland. The Mongolian beef was tough(hard to chew) and my Mai tai was watered down. My friend got the moscato … The first time they brought her drink something was floating in it … The second time the glass was filthy … As so we’re the glasses they brought our water out in. The service was ok … That’s the reason they got 3 stars from me

My wife and I eat at this PF Chang’s Often. The food is great and the service for the most part is great too.(Rudy and Alex). But on occasion, with different servers, they did not add the points of the Pf Chang’s preferred Members card. This is after we wrote our number on the receipt and they’ve told us that it has been added. Not sure what happened. But still like the place.

After a day at the mall, we stopped in to grab a bite. Seating was quick… no waiting. Waitress was not that welcoming. she made sure to let me know before ordering that she had allergies and asked what perfume i was wearing, said she liked it but it was making her sneeze… really?Oh alright. The crab wontons were good. Overall… just ok… service needs some improvement.

(I was just going to give 2 stars but I re-read what I had written and screw-it: this location only gets one) Is P.F. Changs owned by Cheesecake Factory or is that just an urban legend? They seem to decorated & formatted by the same people(read: corporation) . Anyway… This is a big box Chain-ese restaurant a la Cheesecake Factory with ONEBIGDIFFERENCE: Cheesecake Factory gives BIG portions ! Only went to P.F. Changs once or twice here and the portions were small for the prices we paid. Food was not bad at all – just not filling for a $ 50.00 plus plus tab. Don’t be skimpy with fried rice… it’s costs very little to make… make us feel fulfilled please. P. S.(some of the) crowd of obnoxious a**holes that come here regularly is dire. Horrible scenes(sometimes) on Fridays & Saturdays. Fights & traffic out front with people actually trying to «intimidate» others by «pretending» to run them over if they don’t get out of the way while fighting for a parking space because why? Because the a**holes of Long Island need to park DIRECTLY in front of where they are going to. The concept of parking 20 f**king yards away does not even register – especially in a gigantic parking lot such as this one – where there are plenty of spots a block away. Flashing red & blue Police lights being called to the scene set such a nice atmosphere for a relaxing dinner out. Jesus H. Christ. Save me from this.

I don’t have a ton of expectation for Chinese food, so won’t rate this any different than I would a regular Chinese food joint. This was my first time at pf changs and to me it’s barely any fusion and mostly Chinese food. So here it goes… Food– 3.5 Not much different than regular Chinese food. Tasted good, but again just like your local Chinese might. Quality appears a bit better, but I’m not sure. Service — 4 The server was probably new since she didn’t know the menu. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but she rushed our orders. Food came pretty quickly and was served well enough. Atmosphere –4 When you walk in it appears like a very fancy place. It’s not. Thus the décor doesn’t really fit what the restaurant offers. Essentially, fast food in a fancy looking place. Value — 3 The food is slightly overpriced. I guess you pay for a nice looking place. I would generally not recommend unless you what to go on a cheap date or don’t want to spend more on a fancy restaurant.

This place has gone downhill big time. For starters, it took 15 minutes after the appetizers were brought out to get silverware and napkins. The appetizer egg rolls were brought out without the sauce. My chicken dish was not fully cooked making more than half of my chicken unedible. I went on a Saturday night that was not very busy and the service was atrocious. Tons of servers walking around, disinterested, not been attentive. I will never ever go back.

Usually when I’m in Long Island I came here to eat, and after spending two hours in a furniture, and two hours in traffic we were tired, cranky, and hungry, we stopped by here for a quick dinner. The restaurant was empty, and was seated right away, thankfully! Our waitress came over very fast and took our entire order, I informed him that we were starving, and cranky, he laughed and made sure we had our appetizers out very fast, along with constantly refilling our sodas, before you knew it we started feeling alive again! The food here is not real Chinese, but to me, it’s good. For appetizers we always get the chicken lettuce wraps, which I love! And the pork fried dumplings, also very good! Me and my husband usually share the Mongolian beef & pork fried rice, the sizes are big enough to share. There are free refills on soda, and they have a tasting dessert which gives you a sample of several items. Really wish I would have gotten the waiters name that night, he was very helpful in getting me out my hungry cranky self.

Call your local chinese delivery/take-out place, save your self the money and wait time. The service is quite awful, they bang dishes and plates around in the back(you could hear it in the dining area because there’s only a glass wall separating the two), and the food. got enough MSG/sodium? I can’t believe I’ve had birthday dinners here and have brought family here before. Very regretful.

Wow, what can I say, I feel like vomiting after eating there, but partly my menu choice was to blame. I ordered the kaleidoscope roll, and the roll looked like it was prepared 4+ hours ago, and was dry and just disgusting. I feel nauseous as I am posting this. I guess the lesson to learn is not to order raw fish in a Chinese fusion restaurant? Also note my friend’s garlic noodle looked/tasted like ramen noodles boiled with slices of cucumber. How is this restaurant even operating?

P F, wtf happened to you… You used to be one of my go-to restaurants. They have completely fell off in the past few years and yet in memory of the great experiences I’ve had here over the years, I keep coming back once in a blue moon to give them a chance to redeem themselves and yet they always fall short. The food is either too bland or too salty. The portions just keep getting smaller and smaller. The meals and how they taste vary from visit to visit. There is no consistency – guess it just depends on who is the chef that night. I hate that. I used to crave their crab wontons and I had them the other night and they were disgusting. I couldn’t even stomach more than one. Had no remnant of crab flavor. Super fishy and just yucky. The Chang’s ribs are so good though. I can tear those up in two seconds. The fried rice is usually really good but it had no flavor and I had to ask for a side of any sauce they had in the back. The chicken satays were the most disgusting things I ever put near my mouth. Philippe’s & Red Stixs’ satays put these to sleep. That’s the flavor I was looking forward to and yet I got straight nastiness! The kids meals are a great price and a great portion. The chicken lo mein was very good and it came with a small fruit bowl and juice all for $ 5. That’s a steal. I don’t think I’m going to waste my time and come back here. I might as well save money and order from my local Chinese food restaurant and probably be more satisfied. They lost one…

I’ve heard a lot about this place and had the opportunity to come for my boyfriend’s niece’s birthday. I wish I could give this place a 4 but i’m more inclined towards the 3. The food was good, the service overall was ok, our server was very nice actually, but I was expecting more from a place that everyone talks so highly about. The place: very spacious and nicely decorated with statues and other Asian influenced pieces. Some tables had a rotating centerpiece for sharing which is great. The food: we started out by ordering the Lobster wonton, fried string beans, Jimaca Kung pao tacos, and the dynamite shrimp. My personal favorite were the string beans which were nice and crisp and the dynamite shrimp which were tangy and slightly spicy. The lobster wontons were good too, very crispy wonton and soft lobster inside but it wasn’t my favorite neither were the jimaca tacos, good but not great. For the main course I ordered the Mongolian beef and it was delicious, a little heavy on the sauce but still super good. I was able to get bites of other dishes like the peppered steak which I loved, the sweet and sour pork was also good and the sesame chicken. For dessert we ordered the chocolate and raspberry fried bites and the banana spring roll, both were delicious. Overall my experience was good. Deff want to come back and try out other things.

These 2 stars are for VICTOR the server! He was amazing and a sweetheart! The rest of the staff sucks from the hostess to the manager. First the hostess makes us wait 10 mins for a table she said was being cleaned. We get to the table it’s filthy. Rice, drink spillage and whatever sticky sauce that was. Whatever I’m hungry can you just clean it off? Okay, she grabs a wipe and does some Ol half assed cleaning but we thought it was done. We sit and wait another 10 mins for our server, ALEX. Now when a server comes over to your table they usually introduce themselves, or atleast give you a measly hello. This one didn’t say a word! I kid you not he just stared at us with his notepad and pen ready to take the order. I make it a point to say«Hello how are you!??» Still a blank stare okay a**wipe. So I very dryly give him our order. He turns away and enters it into the comp. then comes back and slams side plates on the table! We stop another server and ask for the manager. I watched this server go into the kitchen to a woman who is eating from a bowl while standing over people’s plates that are about to go to their tables! Okay first of all that’s a health violation and as a manager you should’ve known that! But no this unprofessional(who then waived off the server as if pissed off customers weren’t important and continued eating) doesn’t really care about health violations as I saw a few and will be reporting them. Yes Jaudis I am speaking of you. Jaudis who finally came over to the table and heard us speak but didn’t really listen. Whatever thanks for changing our server to victor. Food was good but the service makes me not want to come back. Drinks were okay a bit too sweet. But victor was a lifesaver thank you so much!

PF Changs is a dressed up chain asian venue that aspires to make its wonton soup while you wait or something that lets you wait for what seemed like 25 – 30 minutes for soup. Extra tangy bbq ribs, extra greasy crumbly but fresh made noodles, extra tangy duck sauce, and lots of vegs/mushrooms in egg rolls. They put more effort into not serving prepackaged. Flavor is fine. Service is friendly. The place is huge and the servers have to do a marathon from the front table where I was and the kitchen. The place wasn’t over crowded but the wait was excessively long. The music and place were ok. So no big deal but when seeing the waitress at the end of the long row going back and forth to a half a dozen tables, and not bringing us anything for near a half hour. I thought to rename the place the longest mile. Lol. Its just not service you’d recommend or count on for a nice time. They present well and food is definitely attractive.

I have been a PF change customer for at leat six years. I have always gone here for dinner and I usually enjoy it. The last time I went my night was terrible but I went at 11 pm and they were going to close at midnight so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I went back again tonight. When I arrived I didn’t have a wait my party of two was immedayely seated. However, we waited at least 15 mons to be greeted and to order our drinks. We asked for the chips before our meal and had to flag our server down three times to actually get it. In the midst of conversation my sister felt glass shattered against her face and a drink all over her sweater. One of the other servers ran in to another spilled a drink and broke the glass. They asked each other if they were okay twice before even looking at my table. Mind you, the restraint was not busy at all it was a pretty regular night so I’m not complaining about something that’s expected on a Friday night in a popular resteraunt. Once our appetizers came out, our server asked us once we were finished eating it how we were doing. I have now been at the table for 50 min and my main course hadn’t come out. To get a refill on a soda I had to ask twice. Finally, our dinner came out, the food itself was great no complaints about the main course it was well cooked and tasty. The appetizer and the sauce from the chips were made badly. We then ordered dessert a simple chocolate dome cake took 38 minutes to come out. At the time we got dessert we asked for the check. Of course the check came immediately. At this point we finished dinner and put our payment in the folder and had to physically walk our payment to our server in order to get our card back and leave. After paying, usually PF change give fortune cookies not tonight the server seemed to just be unhappy and not in the mood to work. After paying, I asked to see a manager to express my concern of the decline in service over the past few months at this location. The manager that I spoke with was very apologetic and agreed that the resteraunt was not busy and that service was not up to par with their standards. She gave each of us a $ 30 gift certificate to come back again. I hope next time will be better.
