If I can give this place less stars I would! I re downloaded the app … I told the sales person my budget as soon as I walked in the store he pushes a way highly priced suit jacket and pants on me and immediately rings me up before I can realize how I just paid for a suit that was way out of my intended budget I said politely I change my mind is like my money back and I’ll rent a suit I only need it for 1 night any way … The sales person calls his manager over and says«he doesn’t want it HECANTAFFORDTHISNICESUIT». I’m a master plumber so needless to say that’s not the issue … If anyone of my employees ever spoke to a customer like that I’d be doing jobs for free! You lost all my business men’s warehouse !!!

Bloody awful experience. 1. They do not measure properly. My tux did not fit right on pick-up and three other customers had the same issue. 2. The are severely understaffed. Excessive wait times to do anything as only one employee and each customer takes close to 30mins. Do the math. 3. They have zero customer service skills and literally just guess. 4. The tux rental process on their website is not followed, they are just a factory like instead. 5. They attempted to overcharge us by $ 20. 6. They run ‘sales’ but these are fake as they have special prices for their free club members, so the price is actually the same. The experience was stressful, time-consuming and not anything like their website promises, and that is not right. Dealing with MW turned to be just a series of false promises. Please go elsewhere, your time and stress is more valueable.

Went there a few months ago to purchase a suit. They had a sale on select items. After purchasing items I was told was the sale price I ended up returning them to another store and was told I paid full price for the items. Also had to wait 40 minutes for a rep to help me even though the store is the size of a small closet. Very bad experience overall.

what can i say i am very fed up with this place. not only did they lie to my fiancée and i about how many people you need to get 2 free tux, and i had it in writing from the store manager himself, we were told all the orders will be in the Tuesday before my wedding, which was on a Sunday. well. when the orders finally came in 2 days before the wedding everyone’s order was messed up or wrong, and some people had to scramble to get it all in order for the wedding that was two days away. when i call the manager he said its not his problem, and that we were at fault because we had a big bridal party. when the best man got his tux it was dirty and had marks all over it. and if he wanted them to clean it they would have to send it out and he would have to pay more money and it might not be ready in time for the wedding. the staff there cannot handle people, or follow simple request of the bridal party. they were nasty and rude but i must say there was one person there that did help us, and helped fixed what he could because his manager refused. the sales man who was the most help was ozzy
