I give the customer service rep (Dawn) five stars. Their delivery people made the company look bad. We rented two event style portable toilets and hand wash station for my wedding. They were scheduled to drop off the day before and pick up two days later. The delivery person didn’t even ring the doorbell. They just dropped the units off in the driveway. And they delivered construction site units. When I called customer service I was told that I would get a call from the dispatcher. When he called, he told me that they would NOT come back to move the units. So I had my husband to be and a couple of guests move the units. Embarrassing to say the least. It is now day four after the event and the units are still sitting there. The dispatcher wants me to move the units back even though they have access to them. AND I was told that they do not do pick ups in the afternoon. Now they have to sit there for another week and I have to miss work to accommodate the dispatcher. I am NEVER using this company for any of my future events.

The customer service and reps on the phone were outstanding! They were friendly and willing to answer all my many questions.
I would have given 5 stars but when the guys came to take the ports potties away, they drove all over freshly planted grass and ripped it up again. And there was a workable driveway for them to use.
I would use the company again and know to give specific instructions for delivery and pick up people.
