I love this place! This hotel was phenomenal from the updated rooms to the front desk service. I arrived about two hours before check in and there was no issue with me getting into my room early. The woman was more than happy to help me and make sure I was satisfied. The rooms are quite large with nice bathrooms, comfortable couches and nice barstools in the kitchen. I wish I had stayed more than one night and hope to return very very soon! Thank you Residence Inn-Westborough!

For weekly stays, the hotel is fine. The layout of the room is very good and the kitchen has a good sized refrigerator, plenty of pots, utensils and dishes for effectively preparing stovetop dinners. There is no oven. The appliances are LOUD. The microwave automatically ran the vent fan when in use. The cute little dishwasher is deafening and cycles take over an hour. The trash containers are petite, and awkward to use if you actually cook in the kitchen. Not properly sized for the usage. There are two televisions. A good sized flat screen in the living area and a smaller one in the bedroom. They seem to operate on the same remote, so we were continuously manipulating both televisions. We eventually unplugged the bedroom TV. WiFi is complimentary, but often glacially slow. The fitness room is undersized for the hotel. It has three machines and some hand weights. Very cramped if anyone else is in the room with you. On the bright side, the equipment is in good shape. The hotel offers nice services like grocery shopping and morning and early evening buffets. There isn’t much to walk to, but there is a wine shop nearby. No restaurants. The bed was comfortable enough, but had a pit in the middle where we ended up every night, on top of each other. Staff was friendly. There is a generous check-out time and they extended that for us.

Nice clean and quiet hotel. If there were some places to eat nearby It would have gotten 4.5 stars.

This Marriott location is pretty good. The breakfast is complimentary and so is the WiFi. As stated in another review, the WiFi speed could be better. The accomodations are comfortable. Flat screen TVs and some HD channel offerings are nice to have. It would be nice to have a few more channels like AMC or FX. For people that love sports, they have you covered with 4 or 5ESPN channels. They have Central air/heat control which is nice unlike other Marriott locations with the units by the windows that can be loud. Some rooms have fireplaces which is nice during the winter. For the most part I really like this hotel. My only major complaint is that if you are on a lower level, the noise from inconsiderate heavy walkers or children running around can get old really fast so if you are trying to get work done before midnight then I recommend trying to get a top level room location. One other request would be to include Coca Cola beverage options in their mini market area. Some locations do not charge for washer/dryer detergent but this one does. For travelers going here during the winter, this hotel is not completely enclosed. You get to your rooms(for the most part) using outside walk ways so it can get a bit chilly during the winter. Parking can be a little confusing too depending on your room location. If you aren’t familiar with the layout, you can find yourself walking completely around the complext to get to your room from the parking lot because in some areas you can’t cut across the courtyard. It is a little difficult to explain.

This was a great place to stay a couple of nights in the Boston-Worcester area. Quiet and woodsy area, very relaxed place. Rooms are big and clean, kitchens are decent. My bed was comfy. Free wifi was a bit dicey, but it always is in hotels — no? This hotel is very reasonably priced for the quality you get.

This was really nice and comfortable. Nice kitchen and bath. Very clean. I like the separate bedroom and living area. The couch was uncomfortable for more than one person to sit. Free breakfast buffet was as expected a good variety with pre-prepared foods.

I was a big fan of this hotel and was a bit disappointed I was only staying one night. Check-in was prompt and friendly, although we misinterpreted the map trying to locate our room(Residence Inns are set up like mini apartment communities). Once we arrived, however, our room was great. I am amazed at how efficiently space is used; the«room» had a full kitchen(minus oven), desk, living room with couch and chair, bathroom and bedroom with a queen-size bed. Off the bedroom, there was a slider out to a small patio, beyond which was the tennis court and pool. It would have been great to spend the week there, lounging right outside my room by the pool. Per Marriott’s usual standards, everything was clean, well-organized and modern. The microwave in the kitchen was cleaner than the microwave in my house! If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend this Residence Inn.
