On 2÷19÷16 went there with wife. Blooming oinion was burnt, clam chowda was luke warm, steak was ice cold. Wait staff was bad. only think that was good was the drinks. Will never ever return. Try Long horns in franklinmass.

We came to a conclusion as a team of a three star rating. Personally I could have gone 3.5 if that were an option, but Caroline was in the 3 range or maybe a little below. Most importantly, the beer list is poor. At least what they do have is not particularly cold(sarcasm). We both ordered the small filet — Caroline felt it could have been a thicker cut, but I was happy with how it was cooked. Broccoli was served hot and cooked well. Sweet potato was good but a bit over cooked. The baked potato was very good and I loved the salted peel. House salad was average and the vinaigrette was fine. Our service was fine and we were seated quickly with call ahead. The table they gave us was kind of awkward even though some regular booths were available, but it was fine in the end. In addition to being a chain, they probably rest on their laurels a bit as the twelveplex theater in the center brings them a steady stream of business(that’s the only time we’ve ever stopped there) but overall it’s acceptable, just not stand out.

I’ve always had WONDERFUL dining experiences at any Outback Steakhouse where we’ve eaten. We go to Outback in Westborough, and it was awful! Apparently, at least last month, they have a shortage of servers. Our waitress was pleasant. However, the food took so long to make it to us it seemed someone had to kill the cow first. Husband’s meat was undercooked. I thought my sandwich was French dip, with thinly sliced beef & juice for dipping. It was quite thick & fatty, like biting into leather, & not so well cooked. Daughter’s hamburger, fortunately, was cooked just right; Bloomin’ Onion was perfect as usual, & there is no way to mess up ice cream. But I don’t know if we’ll ever be back, & if so, maybe just for a Bloomin’ Onion & Cokes.

Food is good but the fact that we’ve been sitting for 20 minute while there are several open tables is infuriating. Poor management to let so many people sit and wait because you didn’t staff right. Will probably not come back for a while and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at this point.

Not a good experience . Should have known by the lack of people Onion soup was oily greasy and had to be sent back Filet mignon steak was dry Wrong order was brought Manager came over and said he would take something off from the bill. Never happened. Next time I will read Unilocal reviews before eating out

Horrible service. Ordered 12oz steak and lobster tail as 2 separate dishes and brought it back as one. I’m allergic to shelfish, so we had to wait another 20 mins to get our food. Ordered a side of broccoli and it came after we finished our meals. Manager came out just to serve our meals and never issued an apology…

hostess greeting, okay. seated 10mins later. waited 15 minutes before being approached. waitress was jenna(i think) she seemed hurried and maybe had too many tables. ordered sesame salad with chicken. the chicken must have been an after-thought.arrived separate from the salad with maybe 4 small slices of chicken only. certainly not worth the 12.99 i was billed. we will not be back. saturday eve.8/15/15 around 6pm. longhorn is far superior.

An extremely sub-par establishment. I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years and am generally extremely sympathetic towards the staff. The service and food quality was so poor at this particular Outback though, that I would recommend finding the closest McDonald’s where you will receive better food and service for a better price. If you would like a medium well done steak I would recommend asking to have it done rare. And enjoy your first beverage because they won’t ask if you would like another, but they are very attentive when they would like you to leave.

The bartenders Abby and Felicia are my favorite! They always give the best service and are very personable. I go only on Saturdays so I see both of them because they typically work together that night. I’ve tried the Framingham one and I have to say the commute to Westborough is worth it!

Terrible service, actually no service. I came with my girlfriend for a late dinner and waited at the hostess booth for them to take my name. The manager and hostess had their heads down at their computer. I waited while other waitresses came and went with other guests. I’m looking right at them the entire time waiting for them to acknowledge me. The manager had a very grumpy, unpleasant look on her face. Minutes go by. When another guests came in, the manager looks right past me and acknowledges them. I cut in and informed her that I’ve been patiently waiting directly in front of her. In a uncaring tone, she tells me it will be a 35 min wait. At this point, we left because poor management means poor service.

On Sunday, January 4, My man and I had dinner there. He had a N.Y. Sirloin and I had a Rib-eye Steak. We both got severe food poisoning shortly afterwards. It was horrible. Neither one of us had eaten anywhere else that day. We will nbever eat at this chain again.

For the price it is ok. The portions are really small and the taste is adequate. The kids were happy with the Mac and cheese. The burger was a burger. Nothing special. We also had the salmon dinner which was also just ok.

I had to come back and update my review because lately I am finding it harder and harder to get consistently good service at restaurants. This location still has spot on service and really good waitresses. We came in on a Saturday night and things moved so quickly. Our app of coconut fried shrimp was out in less than 10 minutes of ordering it — it was really good — perfectly crispy and coconut crusted. Our steaks didn’t take that long to come out either and were both cooked perfectly.
