Not too bad overall. Dropped off my USA Chippewa Loggers for new soles, and got them back in one week. The only issues I have with what they did, is that they didn’t install the matching soles from when I got the boots new; and the trim job around the stitching on the edge is really choppy and uneven. Other than that I like the turn around.

The experience level and quality of work is AMAZING. I bring all boots to this shop for repair. GREAT prices too compared to its competitors… WOW! Excellent — cannot say enough good things. Worth the Drive to ensure your shoes/​boots are taken care of by the best in the business!

Huge fan. In times like these it is nice to have a local place that will repair your shoes and bags, leather or nylon as well as belts and a whole host of other things. it is a lost art and West Warwick is lucky to have this place. I can not tell you how much money you can save going to places like this.
