I was mailing in a return from an online purchase and I had a prepaid shipping label. This FedEx store was clean and the man working there was very helpful. Did you know that if you have a prepaid shipping label, you can just leave it on their counter and you don’t have to wait in line? I didn’t. But now I do.

Terrible shipping company. The tracking number is useless as this shipping company cannot make there commitments. If you are looking to receive a package several days after its needed feel free to use this company. I have no choice but to have things shipped via this carrier and every single month they are a day late or more. I have provided feedback directly but they do not care and will just send a form email back. I don’t need a corporate reach around– just do what you say you will.

Clean, fast, polite… Oh how do I know? Really they have free public wifi and lots of parking. Thank you kinkos! Also the mailbox prices aren’t bad if you’re ever in the SLC purgatory. And Chinese food next door.
