I like having T-​mobile as my cell phone carrier. I’ve never had any issues with the service and their call center customer service agents are one of the best. However, this retail location really needs to work on actually helping their customers in a timely manner. Each time I’ve visited I’ve had to wait around 30 minutes for someone to finally help me out. I understand that it takes time to sell someone a phone, but not everyone is there to buy a phone! There is a nice door girl who takes your name down as you come in, but they really need to expand her duties. On my last visit, I just needed to return a loaner phone. When I was finally helped, the whole transaction took less than a minute. So annoying!
