No place to try shoes on anymore, they removed all seats.
Spoke with a Sales associate and they said «yea I hear that complaint a lot»
Doesn’t seem like they care at all, well I’ll buy my shoes and Clothes somewhere else if they don’t care about their Customers.

I love this store. I really shouldn’t come here so often, since I buy all the things. So many good deals, I find the shopping carts are too small to hold them! Also, I need a bigger closet, because I’m going to keep shopping here often.

This Ross was one of the cleaner ones I’ve been to. The cashiers were fast with checkout and kept the line moving. There was a lot of clearance and reduced priced items which made it great for gift buying for the holidays. I was in line for maybe 10 minutes, but that wasn’t long considering that there was 8 people in front of me with baskets of stuff.
